Notice the phrasing:
"...we MAY still be actively looking into it."
Basically means:
"We don't really give two shits about this, or any other problem that require work from our side. We will however be as vague as possible and pretend to have taken an interest to keep you paying for shark cards and whatever, and give cause for reasonable doubt as to how horrible our Customer Support really is so you will still be filling our pockets with money whenever we want you to. Please find our foot attached to this response and stick it up your ass, as we can't even be bothered to do that properly ourselves."

I used to work at a place where part of what I had to do was answer tickets (emails) that came in in addition to answering phones. Truly god awful job. Anyways, THIS (what's listed up above) is exactly the same thing that happens. All you did was copy and paste a template and not give a real answer. Customer service at its finest! XD
