[PS4] GTA Formula-E Season 2, starting October 14th 7PM

After a successful first season, Formula-E, the future of motorsports is back - and greater than ever! Enjoy 8 breathtaking races in 8 different areas of Los Santos raced by 20 stunningly fast drivers from around the world. Witness the top teams battling for points on tight and tricky city tracks that don’t allow the slightest mistake. Los Santos quietest and most ecological racing series is brought to you by Coil Motorsports, Atomic Tires, Legendary Motorsports and Scuderia Flavio.

Here are some details for those of you who are still not sure what to expect:

Championship of 8 races on 4 Saturdays, starting on October 14th, 7PM UTC. On each Saturday there will be two 35 minute races with a two lap qualifying before each race.

Please note that the UTC time will change due to the time change in Europe after the mid season break. UK/Mainland Europe time should stay the same.

The tracks are specially created for this championship in the „Formula-E Season 2 Track Creator Challenge“. You can find all links and details as well as the exact qualifying and racing procedure on the spreadsheet.

Drivers will race in teams of two, with one team-reserve. I will only accept a sign up if you ask me on the forum thread or Slack directly, so saying „I’m signing up with xx as my teammate“ only signs you up but not your teammate.
Team names and color schemes are from the real life Formula-E. Once all teams are complete, I will assign the drivers to the team names. If you sign up without having a teammate, I will group you with another signed up person without a teammate.

If you sign up I need the following info from you:
-permanent/reserve/pitman/cameraman
-nationality (if you’re from the UK please specify if from England/Wales/Scotland/Northern Ireland)
-preferred teammate (or if you don't have one)

ONLY SIGN UP IF YOU CAN MAKE AT LEAST 3 OF THE 4 DATES! OTHERWISE I CAN ONLY ACCEPT YOU AS A RESERVE DRIVER!

This is a clean racing championship. If you don't stick to the rules (mostly standard NoDo incl. blue flag, rest is stated in the spreadsheet above), you will be penalised.
Penalties are specified on the spreadsheet.

It's necessary for you to be on slack or game chat while the event takes place. If you don’t have Slack, I will not sign you up. I will also not sign you up if you aren't eligible to participate in events according to NoDo guidelines if you're new and I won't sign you up if it's your first event, because championships need a lot of commitment and I don't want no shows.

Important notice:
Please record your race. I will ask everybody to upload their highlights. This season, I will only judge reported incidents, so please tell me after the race if something happened that needs investigation (I will be supported by a racing official for the decisions again). In addition, I need the footage of your pit stops if we don’t have a pit man.
I will introduce every track, team and driver, so this time it is necessary to post a team picture into the forum thread (similar to MCEC).

I know that’s a lot of stuff to read but nevertheless - The most important thing is: Have fun! This is what this championship should be about.
