I love Rock and Heavy Metal the most, followed by Jazz, Blues, 80s and some Classical, but I'm a music lover and I really enjoy finding new music from very different styles.
My favourite band is called Riverside, and they are a Prog Metal band from Poland. They have a song which title inspired me for my nickname:

I listen to all types of music ( dancehall being the most favoured) except rock and opera.

I litterally like everything except russian crap, asian crap and slow crap like celine dion. Even those I sometimes listen, but no more than 1 song at a time. What I like most is hardcore (techno, not metal) and drum&bass. Well, everything that sounds like a broken washingmachine is good

For me it all depends on the situation: If I'm studying it's classical compositions. If I'm working out its a mix of rap/rock, if I'm going for a fresh max it's gonna be some hard rock, possibly certain dubstep/remix tracks. (eminem, tupac, tech n9ne, Jay-z, Dr.dre, Outkast and chase & status to name a few regular artists, godsmack and rage against the machine for pushing it:P) If I'm just listening to music it can vary so much so I'll just give a few examples: childish gambino, jungle, hozier, awolnation, Bastille, capital cities, ed sheeran, fenech solar, the hoosiers, just jack, kid cudi, killers, kings of leon and many others (some gym music slips in there sometimes too:P)

Looks like i've been given the occasion to share it ; I managed to put togheter this playlist troughout 2014 and it's still getting updated almost daily. Every single one of this tracks means a lot to me since they've been reflecting myself and what's been happening in my life since I started the playlist . There is plenty of variety in them, but they all carry a chill trap vibe, the tracks flow togheter in a somewhat nice way,I hope at least . I chose the leading genre to be light trap to prove that lot of artists are really concentrating in blending all different kind of styles to create something way more deep and meaningful to the extremely stereotyped "electronic music" scene . I only chose to include a certain type of music,so don't expect any rock or pop in it,that would be extremely out of place if not mixed properly. That though does not mean I don't like instrumental music or other stuff, some of the most powerful songs I love really do not fit in the playlist, artists like : Phil Collins,Pink Floyd,VOYAGEURS,Electric Youth,Kavinsky,Porter Robinson and the whole rap scene with people like Childish Gambino,Tyler the Creator and Young Tapz . So,yeah here's the playlist : www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLk41yunMvhyPzRJjv80thJ_EN6d6jNLCF

I listen to lots of things in the EDM department. Trance, House, Progressive House, Vocal Dubstep, and most stuff on Monstercat. Recently on Monstercat I've fallen in love with their Glitch Hop playlist.
