Probably totally off topic, but I've been listening to Stone Temple Pilots a lot lately. As strange as this sounds, a lot of their music seems to sync up with the video game Life is Strange. In fact, Days of the Week seems to almost perfectly describe the first 4 episodes. It's so bizarre! The only album I don't have is their EP from 2013. Overall, and maybe it's just me, they seem to try and jump around and incorporate a lot of "different sounding" music. Some mumbling. Some heartfelt. Some... Just there. Some genuine. The album I keep going back to is No. 4. That's literally the name of the album is No. 4. Sour Girl and I Got You just really seem to hit me right in the feels. I'm normally a fan of classic rock, so to me, it's a bit strange that I'm drawn to STP.

I prefer genres like Hardstyle and TEK. I also like artists like Mark With A K, Da Tweekaz and sometimes i like tracks from Brennan Heart

A lot of bands get a popular song on the radio that goes huge and is ridiculously overplayed while their other music gets left in the wake of their one "hit". If anyone looks up any of these, I beg you to listen to more than just their songs that were killed on the radio.

I've uploaded loads more but here are the more accessible sounding ones (as opposed to the niche ones of noise and dark ambient)
An hour and 10 minutes long DJ mix I did for a party several years ago:

My favourite genres would have to be Glitch hop and Future bass ! None of that Dubstep shet tho, ugh. And I know this isn't from Monstercat but... THIS SHET IS ME BAE : Wilsen Magnolia Revoke Remix www.youtube.com/watch?v=t58r41k6Bew

Sometimes rock classics - say, Pink Floyd, The Doors, Rainbow, Led Zeppelin and such.
But mostly - symphonic, power and heavy metal. And derivatives from that range. Won't say no to some growling as well =) From favourites - Amorphis, Dominia, Powerwolf (these guys do have a sense of humour!) and the usual Nightwish, Sirenia, Xandria with concerts visited and Epica without one.
