Well Im pissed. Just grinded heists so when i join this group i have a lot of cars. Thats all gone now and now im banned for a month with a complete char reset with no appeal. Looks like im back the the elegy.
P.S.
Rockstar needs to fix their shit. Apparently the modder who spawned money, not even banned.

It's seems that there is a big wave of ban actually, i know people who get banned too those days. As quicknettech say, it don't think it was because of money drop otherwise 99.5% of GTA community will be banned... Stay clean !! |

if you were banned from getting a drop you either are a modder yourself or were already being watched for whatever reason (if that exists)

I've picked up money quite a few times, and R* always just removes the movey from my character, as they should. Never heard of this happening before

If you get a money drop report it to Rstar. They remove it but not a ban. May be something new though, I have seen today there has been a lot of Bans going on.

There is a big ban wave going on. Rockstar has a history of ban waves that hits people not modding. I was banned this time, and I know of several others, all getting banned after the latest update. This is my 3rd time getting banned from Rockstar, both previous ones were revoked, I have never modded (but have FiveM installed). It is quite unclear exactly how Rockstar determines who to ban (3rd party overlays suspected as cheats, getting modded money, editing config-files manually, discrepancy spent/earned balance, FiveM etc), and also unclear if they unban based on a manual review after complaining or of if it's fully automated. The recent ban wave on pc has NOTHING to do with modding/cheating/glitching in any way, EVERYONE can get banned out of the blue. I'm not banned atm, but the amount of people in my friendlist and crewmates who got banned is ridiculous. If R doesn't lift those bans, doesn't explain the situation and doesn't give an open apology than they'll lose me as a costumer forever and that is coming from someone who plays and loves the gta games for over 15 years. This shit is inexcusable!
