How often do people host silly playlists? (PC)

Obviously myself and probably most of us here are here for proper racing. But every now and then I get the itch to do more casual stuff like dune races or something like that that uses utility/unconventional vehicles, maybe play some troll-ish tracks or downright no rules racing. I'd even include Gfred in a question like this because of how unpredictable it is.

If I get to know enough people in Nodo PC, will I encounter opportunities to do silly things sometimes?
