I've downloaded GTA V on PC and I've also downloaded Open IV out of curiosity as I'm really interested in modding, but I haven't changed anything within the game files. Will I get banned if I try to log in to GTA Online?

As long as you didn't installed ASI loader or anything that comes with Open IV you are good to go. But if you did, i suggest removing any .asi files in your gta installation folder

The safest route is to have 2 different directories of the game: one modded, the other clean and vanilla. And you switch between one or the other whether you want to play modded solo or clean online.

Thanks everyone for your answers! I guess I'll be creating a second directory on my SSD for the clean version of GTA V.
