Speaking of which, is it really only one delivery vehicle no matter what? Because I'm farming money in solo public sessions exclusively so I don't have to deal with griefers, but because of that I have to restrict myself on how much I sell at once due to time limit reasons, which is why I haven't bothered buying any additional storage space in the nightclub for now. Yea it's always 1 vehicle, but depending on how much you sell, depends on the vehicle you need. So, do I need to buy let's say a Pounder Custom if I want to sell the whole Nightclub Warehouse?

But that will take quite a while (like almost 200 hours of playing if you got every other business running) so I wuldn't expect it to ever pay for itself. Also I checked myself if you could just leave the other businesses unattended and have them running to make profit with your nightclub. The active upkeep is actually higher than what the club makes. Isn't this table completely wrong tho? Because it's not allowing for selling the product directly from the other businesses too? It's only factoring in their upkeep compared to the nightclub sales? Wasn't the original suggestion that the nightclub would be useful for people who are racing and not actively grinding so it seems like a fair comparison. If you are actively running those other businesses then I would agree with you that its not a fair comparison. It seems like the nightclub will be useful for some people but not others. I'll probably buy one when they are on sale as the extra garage space would be nice.
I think one of the goods (Cargo / Shipments) has been missed off the list above which relies on businesses that have much lower upkeep costs.

Ah i see what you're saying! Sorry. Lol. I'm not sure then on that one. I can't imagine that you'd be in the negative if you never actually ran the other business's. Surely rockstar must have thought of that you'd hope? Lol

Yes you would. And make sure you upgrade the armour to maximum. It does nothing in freemode but when selling it gives you insurgent type armouring

That is the entire idea. Would be pretty sad if the businesses couldn't outrun their own upkeep, but this was a test to see if you can make money without actually resupplying the businesses. Of course you're getting way more money keeping everything running, but the question I wanted to answer is "What happens if everything is active but you don't resupply it?" since that could lead to easy afk profit.

Liveries for the Penumbra, Ruiner and the like:
Missed opportunity for the Ruiner to have a firebird counterpart, I'm disappointed.

The Nightclub is clearly an expensive business to set up. But I believe that, as some of you said, it will be a good investment in the long time when completely upgraded. Obviously, if one doesn’t own a lot of money, he’d better stick with other cheaper and quicker businesses first.

Dunno if this has been mentioned previously, but the Avenger weapon workshop glitch for CEO crates seems to have been patched. Everytime I try to get into my Avenger with a crate, it drops the crate outside the Avenger.

Hi guys, I wanna share this most idiotic thing I did, in case it helps out any of you.
if you haven't bought extra parking space in your nightclub do not replace your current stored car with any other car because it causes the currently stored car to be deleted from your database. It will be gone. Forever.
I just lost a fully upgraded FMJ because I assumed "replace" meant it would simply, as the word puts it, replace X car with Y car and X car would be taken back to any of your other owned garages. Well, that is not how this works. MMI does not have it, it's nowhere to be found.
You would think it was stupid of me to assume this but I did, Never in a million years did I think it'd be just gone forever. You'd think they at least they would give you the sell price for that. Like, " LOL we are deleting this from your collection, but here'syour money". Not even that, you just lose your precious vehicles.
So if you were smart and got this right, kudos to you, but just in case you don't assume the worst like me, be warned.

It's not just with the Nightclub garages. It's with all garages. When all your garages are full, if you bring another car to store, it'll replace the one you selected and delete it. It's been like this since launch. And alternatively the only way to get rid of the free Elegy RH8 for a long time, back when it couldn't be sold at LSC.

To be honest, we’ve had so much parking space for so long that I simply forgot. And also to be honest, I think it’s a petty move from Rockstar. They should be more clear as to what will happen, it doesn’t take much... something like “if you do this your stored car will be deleted from your collection”

In my opinion you want to avoid max armor on the 3 sales vehicles, maybe go with level 2 armor.
With the Speedo level 3 armor applies a plow to the van, this plow is useless not helping to push away traffic at all, it increases the hitbox size of the vehicle and it's generally just in the way and hooks stuff. I got my armor at level 2 and it's way better.
With the Pounder level 3 armor again gives you another completely useless plow, but worse again is level 3 armor leaves the Pounder with very little ground clearance, causing the truck to be able to get stuck extremely easily.
I haven't used the Mule yet but I know from others testing it that again the plow is utterly worthless. Not sure if it has any other flaws through.
I'd just avoid all the level 3 armor plating options all together. They seem to be more hassle then they are worth.
