I'm trying to decide whether to get the normal oppressor or the Mk2 variant.
I own the MOC and the Terrorbyte so I don't anything else to buy it.
Any opinions and suggestions are appreciated. Thx

Oppressor. The MKII is fun for five minutes but ultimately less efficient than the regular Oppressor.

Unless you're in a war zone, then it's pretty much king

Good question. Lets break it down. Good:- Has counter-measures
- Good missiles
- Fast on-ground speed
- Unique value-proposition
- An epic tool for self-defence against griefers - you can really hold them off with this if you're doing certain missions
Bad:- Slow in the air
- Does not fly in a "natural way"
- Makes you an instant target
- Expensive to buy and mod
- An epic griefer tool - they can fuck your shit right up
Interesting:- Does not feel as "unique" to fly as the mkI, which has more character
- People will grief you whether or not this is in the game and it'll be just as hard to defend yourself
- This means you can have a matching set of Oppressors, which look pretty cool together (if you're into that kinda thing)
- This cannot be modded/ sold at anything other than a Terabyte - so a paywall exists just for this one vehicle!
- Flying cars, submersible cars, flying bikes, submersible bikes next? Oppressor mkIII? MkIV is them all combined?
- I guess all we're missing after these recent addition is an Iron Man suit kinda thing.
To Conclude:But for a personal opinion, I think the mkII is the one to have if you have the Terabyte already - It can fly and is easier to land where you want to afterwards, it is good for missions too, and it also has countermeasures to keep you a little safer from griefers. It feels more accomplished in some ways than the mkI, but like I said, it can sometimes be not as fun to use.

The Oppressor MK2.
The MK2 can reach sports car speeds on ground level. While the MK2 slows down in the air, it's still faster then Deluxo's. The NK2 is very hard to fall off while the Oppressor is very easy to fall off. The MK2 missiles are way more accurate and deadly then the Oppressor missiles. The MK2 has countermeasures while the Oppressor does not. And the Oppressor requires research, the MK2 to my knowledge doesn't.
The Oppressor is also cumbersome to drive and doesn't turn well, while the MK2 can turn on a dime.
The MK2 is overall better then the regular Oppressor in almost every way except high end top speed, which most of the time isn't really important.

Neither. Be better than what GTAO has sunk to.

I only use the MkII when I'm grinding for money, its just so convenient. If I'm not grinding though I try to stick to a car because the MkII just seems overpowered and lame to me.

I think the MKII can be good for fighting as well as the motion is a bit more erratic. Filling the boost bar on the MKII is a misery but it does achieve good speeds. Not sure how it compares with the quicker boost refill on MKI, but I do prefer MKI. Used the MKII for a few days after I bought it and have gone back to the MKI since and not really looked back. Comes down to taste but the MKII doesn't have enough going for it personally. A passenger seat definitely would have swung my vote.

The regular Oppressor is more fun while the MK2 is more useful. Dunno about the consoles but on PC there is a speedglitch for the MK2 that makes it incredibly fast while flying. The MK1 is a bit of a deathtrap, but a lot of fun to pull stunts with. Both will get you from point A to B rather quickly if you know how to handle them.

I had at a certain point no other choice than to buy the Oppressor MKII after getting screwed by an Opressor MKII griefer that blew me up and my cargo when i was selling weapons for a friend of me, after that i mostly use it to sell MC stuff. And i had a chance to defend some grinders against griefers, but indeed, in a warzone you're pretty much screwed. Then i mostly switch sessions because i can

I agree with everything you've said. The Mk2 is just so effective at grinding it's hard to understate. You can clear an in-city headhunter in under 2 minutes. On the other hand one of the most fun things to do is just boost the Mk1 straight up and glide down in all the different ways you can imagine. But be prepared, at some point you'll run clear into a lamppost, separating rider from bike.

Ruffian with sticky bombs>all Ruffian the best choice for wheelies Well, Ruffian or the Bati 801.
I love the Ruffian myself, but I don't think any bike in the game can pull a wheelie quite like the Bati can. Ruffian would make a close second though in wheelie-ing ability.
