I have a question and i think this is the best topic for it. I feel good and confident when the race is non-contact and i finish in top-5 positions against good racers. In contact ones on the other hand i am always afraid of hitting or ruining / stalling other people and i prefer to let them pass me (when i feel too pressured). Its like i am too friendly but that comes from the fact that I HATE when this happens to me and i dont like doint to others what i hate The only way i can finish in top positions in that case is through mistakes from others. And thats because i am not that fast but i am very consistent even in races i dont know. How do you deal with this? By not being extremely friendly? By knowing very good the tracks? Is it skill? Something else? Any suggestions? My racing style is simillar to yours, I don't go for the fastest lap but I try and do my best at avoiding accidnets. If it's a track I know I'm good at I try to keep my distance from other racers and wait for their mistake to overtake without accidents. On the other hand, if it's a track I'm not the best at I try and defend. Just keep taking defensive lines, and look out for the cutback. And try to stay calm. Many people I race against get excited and just forget the breaking point on a corner and fly off. Worst case scenario would be to focus on their car and just blindly follow them off the track, so make sure you stay aware of your surroundings even durring a battle.

Seeing this im often just racing around the track first time, after one or two laps im used to the track then try for a fast lap, but only on tracks thats around streets in Los Santos or further north. but definitely id like to get better as im often spinning out or missing checkpoints

I have a quick question. If you are playing a random stunt race and somebody is intentionally ramming multiple people, do you condone knocking him off the track if you get the opportunity? This mainly seems to be in issue in random stunt list playlists. It seems to be beneficial for everyone. Note: This is if somebody is being very blatant about it and not just a random wreck at the start of the race that usually happens.

Well yes, i don't courage anyone driving like an asshole, but if you accidentally take someone out, you don't have to wait for them. They don't give a shit if they take you out, so i don't think you should either
