I have looked at the new varients and both seem viable. Always thought the lower loop hair pin was the weakest section of the new version. Lots of props needed, choke point, and caters a lot more to top speed cars. Ex: blade v dominator. Not to mention I loved the original penultimate corner

"Lots of props needed" - you're not kidding. 37 props for that one section now that I counted it back. Such a waste.

They also don't really fit with the look and feel of LSGP. In addition, they're a pain in the arse to place on slopes.

Just use the lagg glitch, switch back very fast and you can place anything you want

I've gone off them too, being able to see over the top of concrete barriers is a massive plus, it surprising how much easier it makes taking a corner!

my two cents (I'm poorer than Zenzi, what can I do ) after testing the track variations: I prefer the first one because adds a fast section that the current layout pretty much lacks, and at the same time avoids that section of the main straight where kerb-boosting is easy. The second option just moves the hairpin to another street, but it's the same overall feeling.

I prefer option 1 because the rest of the track already has slow and technical sections. I like the fact that the with option 1 the final sector is quick and flows well. It gives the whole thing variety.

If I do choose option 1 then I might as well just combine them. How about right, hairpin, then option 1?
