And I may rant a bit here. I'm a bit wary when it comes to doing missions as I am useless at shooting and trying not to get killed. But every heist I have been in im sick of people getting killed by doing stupid things all time and the same thing over and over again and then quitting!! Like today I joined the big heist put $1 million in my bag and one of players kept getting killed in alley way, then we finally got on bikes and someone got killed again, so we restarted for 5th time got on bikes and I was miles away from all police and the other players, I thought yes Ive got this! Then boom one of players managed to get killed again! :@ the worst thing is they quit. They'd rather quit than win at least 800k. How am I suppose to earn some money when playing with people like this?!

Quite simple really, don't play with randoms. Not sure what console you are on but if you do have Skype I'd suggest you sign up here nodo.freeforums.net/thread/114/skype-groupas its really the best way to get crew members to join whatever you want to do or join in on the daily going ons. If you do still decide to play with randoms the best advice I can give you is probably jump on Mic to tell them what to do etc but most importantly don't have such high expectations, alot of players out there meaning alot of idiots!

Exactly what doubles said. Skip the randoms. Yesterday some friends and I tried doing the Prison Break heist just to make a bit of money and ended up picking up a random. He died three times as the Prison Officer position (including blowing himself up with a grenade once) while none of my group died a single time. We finally made it to the end where you just parachute to the beach to finish up and this guy pulls his chute early, circles the beach for a while, and after he realizes that we've all landed and we're waiting for him, he comes in too hot and slams into the beach. Dead again. This guy couldn't even parachute right. We gave up on him then.

You don't even know my pain. Took me and a friend (who's decent), his friend (n00b), and a random, at least 5 hours for us to finish the last heist... Restarted 4 times, with 4 different randoms. I was consistently near/at the end when someone would get knocked off the bike, or die... and we ended finishing it up on normal and only took home about $700k.

That's totally right, randoms are most often unreliable. You can also look for a crew Here. Just hit some people up from the crew, that's my way of finding a good crew.

Pro Tip: once you get the bikes, ditch them at the first intersection and steal a Cop Car. Then just cruise to the end and drive off the cliff without ever using a parachute. Make sure to land properly and just drive to the Dinghy. Easy money. And yeah, noobs can be very annoying when they don't know what they're doing. This guy messed up both the Prison Break and Humane Labs Raid right at the end, when the hard part was already over.

You can keep an eye on me when I am online. I can host some heist if I am not racing and if there are people willing to go through a heist

For me hesist have been until now, like a giant buffet you are not allowed to enjoy. It takes me too much to get 4 reliable guys and once I get em, the system punctually freezes. I can only play as crew for someonelse's scorses.. so if somebody needs a crew member to go through all the setups and the finale of pacific standard, add me as friend and invite me. That one is the only heist I could not play yet.
