Hey guys, just wanted to know what you think about the mental state feature. I like it for the most part, but I definitely think it shouldn't go up for killing civilians, as I do this often on accident, (I had 0 mental state, went on one tank rampage and had a level three one). Do you guys agree? Or am I missing something.

It is kind of funny, I thought the purpose of mental state was to put players with similar attitudes together in a free mode lobby. Everytime I go into an open lobby, I end up with a map full of red markers. Just now I am in a lobby together with 3 'normal' guys and everybody else is a psycho or bound to become one. It is kind of hard that every victim you run over with your car counts for your mental state, but I think you won't get to psychopath level just by accidents. They should work on the placement of players in free roam, though. Would be cool to have a random lobby in which you can challenge random players for races, etc without being shot or blown up just when coming closer to them on the same street.

It didn't really change anything about the game to me… whether the dot is white or red I treat it with the same suspicion and 9/10 times I will shoot first.
I spend most the time as a red dot so it doesn't really bother me. Whether I'm a white or red dot people shoot at me regardless so meh.

Well I bought a tank after I'd spent awhile grinding money and rp, and I'd like to be able to go on a rampage against only cops without becoming red in like five seconds.

What's so bad about becoming red?
I made peace with being a red dot a long time ago, and then I realised apart from the colour nothing changed.

Idgaf what you are doing. I will rain hell down upon you until you go away. White dots I dont kill and they rarely ever attempt to kill me. We drive past each nod our heads in respect and carry on about our business. Its your reputation. If you didnt have an orange circle on your dot you would be dead in lobbies with me.

And it's this kind of attitude that makes me not wanna be a freaking red dot. They never actually put you in proper lobbies, not to mention the fact that I don't know how it resets. I have no idea how it resets either… every now and then I become white though. With that in mind I treat any white dots as a potential red dot who has just been reset.

I don't like the cool down time for some people it goes down fast, but for others like me it ges down so slowly, it took days of idling to get it down.
I'm just glad it's been nerfed for mercs and cops in the new update, that thing was bothersome when killing NPCs
I do find that avoiding people in general is best, though some of the more avid players are red, and at the same time friendly as opposed to whites who just run you over again and again.
It all depends what happns first, a hostile action or a friendly one.
