Multi-Class Sports Classic Endurance Race
Sunday September 13th 7:00pm UTC – pre-lobby at 6:30pm - cruise at 6:45pm
He everyone,
Wrinkles, creaking bones and so-called elderly wisdom! To honour the classics of the past we will ride the beautiful Stirling and Stinger GT in this simple multi-class event. This endurance race will be similar to a single round in the MCEC, only this time with qualification.
After the teams are drawn you are free to come up with a nice sponsor and color combination. Points system will be simple; 1st place in class gets 8 points, second place 7, and so on. The driver who has the fastest lap in its class will be rewarded one bonus point for the team standings (not the individual results). If there is a draw between two teams, the highest finishing position will count towards a win.
The race will be in GTA mode including a pit lane and giving us the opportunity to spawn a car for all those poor buggers out there. This event is supposed to be somewhat serious so please have the proper car stored in your garage and try to race as clean as possible. Of course; in the end it is all about having fun so I won’t be too strict about refusing people who do not have one of these cars!

- Duration: Approximately an hour (including qualification)
- Time: Current Weather: Clear
- Teams: Eight teams of two players (randomly drawn after full grid).
- GT1 Cars: Stirling GT
- GT2 Cars: Stinger GT
- Tires: No restrictions
- Rules: Standard NoDo rules apply. No mandatory pitstops.
- Starting procedure: Grid will be determined by means of qualification. Fastest qualifying time in each class starts on pole position. To set a good qualifying time you will have 3 full laps. Before the race we will do one formation lap. GT2 will start with a reasonable large gap behind GT1.
