The Nonchalant Bullshifters Meetup!
(Saturday, September 26th, 5PM UTC)
Hello everyone! As you guys may know, NoDo has never been the only crew I've been a part of. In fact, on PC at least, I was a member of The Bullshifters since almost the launch of GTAV for PC. The Bullshifters have been featured on the Rockstar Newswire's Crew Cut before, and are all about having cool meets, taking cool pics, making sweet vids, and all around just having a good time.
Both of our crews share a true love of cars, but we just show it in very different ways, and this meet will be for both of us to show how we do things. This meet will be a combo of some high quality car meets, some BULL races, and a playlist of NoDo PC's best races. For all BULL portions of the meet we will follow their guidelines, and for the NoDo races we will follow ours.
This meet will be comprised of half BULL, half NoDo, so only 15 NoDo's will be in this thing. I will take 10 backup signs for if people can't make it. Since this event contains an actual serious racing playlist around all of the fun stuff too, I figured I'd put it in this section instead of the fun events. What's being thhe boss man without a little abuse of power Kappa.
Now for a full description of the event, I'll hand it over to Bullshifters founder Ed.Venture with the post he made on their forums:

The Joint Meetup.
Nonchalant Dominance and The Bullshifters!
Nonchalant Dominance and The Bullshifters!
Hello, hello! Come one, come all! (Well, at least 15 of you). Some of you may be aware that our good Lieutenant Sugar_Free_Nos is also a Commissioner for YouTuber Broughy1322's Nonchalant Dominance crew. He came up with the idea about a month or so back to hold a joint meetup between our two crews, and I thought it sounded like an interesting concept. The Bullshifters are about a love for cars, but also about not taking things too seriously. We trade paint sometimes, we don't get that technical with our settings when we race. It's more about showing off your custom ride and having a laugh. Nonchalant Dominance in contrast takes itself more seriously as a racing crew. The settings for each event are carefully selected. There are strict rules when racing. Contact with other racers is a big deal. The purpose of this joint meetup is for us to sort of show each other what we are all about. We hold the common ground in that both of our crews love cars. We go about our love of cars in different ways. It's a chance to trade ideas and methods of thought that I expect will be a good deal of fun for both sides.
The meetup will be composed of half BULL crew and half NoDo crew, which means we have a member cap of 15 on this one. Giving the nature of the event we will be doing things a little old-school. Instead of a closed crew session, we'll be running this on invite only once again (hopefully Rockstar ironed out the bugs). You will find a sign-up list down below that I'll fill out on a first come first served basis. I'll also have a back up list that I'll take 10 names for. In the event that members who made it onto the list of 15 cancel, or cannot attend, then the members that are on the back up list will be moved up to the active list in the order in which they signed up.
The meet will be split amongst the two crews. It will be sort of a "You go, I go" scenario. NoDo will kick things off by hosting a meetup at the Golf Course in Richman. Sugar_Free_Nos has outlined the vehicle selection for the Golf Course meetup. All should be "best in class vehicles" as follows...
After this initial meetup things will be handed off to us. You can switch out vehicles if you like, or you can keep what you arrived in. We'll be taking a cruise down to Chumash Plaza for some more show and tell. Bullshifter vehicles can be any of the following...

After this initial get together NoDo will launch an event playlist comprised of races that they have put together over their time as a crew. We will run these races according to their rules and regulations. I'll get the rules and regs posted below...
Racing Guidelines
Clearly, they have put a lot of thought into these. Now, once the NoDo playlist is over with. They will be hosting a final meetup at The Observatory in Vinewood. The cars for this meet should be "worst in class" and are as follows...
Racing Guidelines
These guidelines apply to all race lobbies and pre-organised events hosted by members of Nonchalant Dominance unless otherwise stated in event threads or made clear in game chat.
Car choice & modifications
In NoDo you are free to use any car you want and any combination of modifications you have. No cars/tyres are banned. Whilst we suggest you'll get more fun out of mixing it up and you'll often see a lot of our members use different cars with various modifications, if you want to use your Elegy with Off-Road tyres you're more than welcome.
Track selection & boundaries
If you're hosting a lobby you're free to choose any track you like and as a member you're free to not accept an invite if the track doesn't suit you. We aren't going to stop you from hosting "Ramps, Ramps, Ramps", although given the focus is more on proper racing you may be more successful with more well known regular race tracks.
The boundaries of a track are set by the creator using props and checkpoints. You are free to go anywhere on the track within the confines of those aspects, including off to the side of the road hunting for kerbs or taking advantage of bad (or sometimes intended) track design with corner cuts and shortcuts. As long as you're racing cleanly then go wherever you want.
Staying until the end
When you join a race, a playlist of races, or an event you are expected to participate for the full length of it. This means you do not quit before the end or stop by the side of the road, even if you are in last place. Continued reports of rage quitting races or stopping and waiting for them to finish will result in the usual warning and potential crew bans as explained in our Community Guidelines, as will not following any of the guidelines below.
During a race
1. We race with contact turned on because it requires an extra level of skill in overtaking and defending from opponents. This does not however mean contact is allowed. Some side by side rubbing going into a corner when a move is already mostly done cleanly is fine, but knocking someone off-line or causing them to crash most certainly isn't. If this happens as an accident you are expected to pull over to the side of the road away from other cars and wait for the person you hit to get back into position as an apology.
2. As an extension to point 1, driving backwards on the track and intentionally ramming people off the road are severe no-nos and will result in being kicked from the crew very quickly. If you want to troll please go elsewhere.
3. If you are knocked off the track do not make it your number one mission to get back on as quickly as possible. First wait for oncoming cars to pass and make sure you re-enter the track without getting in someone's way. If you cause an accident when coming back on the track you must again wait for the person you hit.
4. Blue flags are present in all races. If you're about to go a lap down and the leaders are coming up behind you, safely move over to the side of the road and let them past without losing too much time. Do not under any circumstances actively block or defend from those who are trying to lap you.
5. Remember that there will be people in a race who are both better and worse than you, and that it will vary from track to track and car to car. If you are stuck behind someone who is racing cleanly but is slower than you and you can't get past then that is on you, not them. It is not an excuse to rage at them or knock them off - get better at overtaking.
6. If someone makes an overtaking move on the inside of you and they are more than half way alongside your car as you go to turn into the corner you must give them room on the inside. You cannot simply turn into them anyway. Conversely if you're not far enough up the inside of someone when attempting to overtake you should back out of the move as they are within their rights to turn into the corner and any resulting crash will be your fault.
7. If you are on the outside of someone going around a corner and you aren't at least fully alongside their car you should back out, as they are well within their rights to take the racing line and run you out of room on the outside with any resulting crash being your fault. Conversely if you're on the inside and someone is fully alongside you on the outside you must give them a car's width of space.
8. You can only make one move on a straight to defend your position. You can't weave from side to side to keep someone behind you.
General racing guidelines
1. Swallow your pride. If you're new to the crew do not expect to join and be winning races. You'll be racing against some of the quickest guys on any racing game in this crew and you will lose, at least initially. Look at it from a perspective of improvement by racing against the best rather than being ultra try-hard and competitive. We're pretty laid back here.
2. Look at other sources to improve your racing knowledge and general racecraft. My Racing School series aims to cover all of that, there is a great source of information on the rules of racing on this website, and there is a post on our forums which explains racing etiquette in a little more detail. These are the proper rules of racing that we adhere to so it's worth your time learning about them. If in doubt you're welcome to post in the thread linked above with a question about a specific situation and someone will answer it.
One final point to note is this: Remember that we aren't strictly speaking a hardcore racing crew as mentioned in our guidelines. We do a lot of other things too, it's just racing is a central focus. The main focus though is creating an enjoyable place to do whatever activity it is you want to do and we are in general pretty laid back. So if you're looking for someone to care about your world record lap time or the fact you just won that last race you may want to look elsewhere

Once we have wrapped things up at the Observatory it's a cruise down to the Bay View Lodge just outside of Paleto Bay for the final Bullshifter's show. Acceptable cars are as listed for the first Bullshifter show. Once this final show wraps It will be our turn to put up a playlist. The Races featured will be some of the races that I've put together for our past meetups along with a new one I've updated for this event. Once the playlist is all done and over with, we'll have some drags at the Sandy Shores Airfield until everyone is ready to ride off into the sunset. Set aside some time for this one as it looks like it may take us a minute to get through everything we have planned.
Bullshifter meeting spots are shown below...

Hello! I'm proud to announce the playlist we will be playing when it comes time to do the NoDo races in the meet!
This is a link to the playlist (you may have to click it twice)
The playlist consists of 5 carefully selected races that will both be fun and still a challenge, but hopefully not too hard for newer racers, they are:
Blaine County 24hr by NoDo Founder Broughy1322 in Muscles
Skyline Raceway by NoDo PC Lieutenant ovivoJR in Supers
The You Tool 3 Way by NoDo PC Commissioner Sugar Free Nos in Sports
