I'm OverdrivePedal, I'm on PC platform and this is also the name I use in Steam and RSC.
I've been following Broughy, Shaggy and Picano, and some other racers on a daily basis since I've started to get curious on the racing aspect of this game. Random races had been a buzzkill. Joining NoDo has always been in my mind. I guess I had to grow "a pair" before I join, but after reading the guidelines and relevant links, I said whatever, I'm doing it!
I've been a hardcore player in my previous gaming years. Now I'm more laid back and casual minded. That of course doesn't mean I slack when I play. I play to have fun, not to be competitive till my last breath, not anymore I still love theorycrafting though, regardless of the game I play, if it allows me to think on stuff, I just do it. I've watched and read all the stuff about second color zentorno spoilers, off-road/tuner/sports rims, carbon pieces and what not...
I'm generally busy with the work and music. Age is 27, I live in Istanbul/Turkey. Nowadays the work has been really hard on me (gotta pay the bills!). But I want to attend the events whenever I can.
As you may already guess I'm a clean racer, and I like proper racing tracks. I don't like using kerb boosting at all. In my first races in NoDo I'll be extra careful, not minding coming up as the last or dnf. I'll just try to finish the race as clean as possible, and not ruining anyone else's game experience. Till I'm familiar with the styles of other racers and understand when I can take a risk. Of course I'm very slow compared to you guys, I know a very few tracks, and have too much to learn to drive faster. For example without using hot lapping techniques, my recent best lap in Cutting Coroners regular is 53.008 with a fully modded t20.
Nice to meet you people, see you in game!
