I'm getting sick of this terrorism! I don't think it has a lot to do with religion, i don't know tho... I'm starting to fear for this terrorism a bit too cause it happened in Lebanon and Paris, i hope it does not happen in the other countries. My thoughts go to the family and friends of the lost ones. R.I.P It's getting closer and closer. Remember what happened in Verviers? That's litterally only 10 minutes from where I live.

Don't worry. We're going to use hashtags and filters to fight against ISIS. We're safe.

I think the reactions on Paris go this insane because it happened in the centre of the "big safe castle" that is Europe.

Europe is a big safe castle? It's connected by land to Africa, the Middle East, and Asia; it's relatively easy to get to Europe from any one of a number of areas with extremist factions.
If anything I'd think the U.S. is more of a big safe castle. I remember when ISIS called on people in the U.S. to strike- almost immediately there was a Vine that seemed to be made by an ISIS agent videotaping the White House... except if you noticed, it was someone videotaping their TV which was displaying the White House. Which is, you know, a bit less effective.

No one is using hashtags to fight isis though, it's to give our respect to those who passed.

October 31st: A russian plane gets broken in half by 1 kg of TNT exploding on board. 224 people died. Did anyone care? Of course not. Stop whining about tiny events compared to the whole thing. Terrorism is here, the war has begun. The forces have to fucking unite, not pick sides. Something has to happen, it better happen fast.

I hope something does, I honestly think people only care about things in famous places (like paris), but what if 1000 people lost their jobs and homes in trinidad, no one would have cared, but if 100 people in the states lose their homes and jobs, ypu better bring it straight to the news, and the president

An excellent and heart-breaking interview with Eagles of Death Metal, the band that played at the Bataclan during the mass shooting.
