Alright, I'm gonna weigh in on all these crew VS crew challenges we've been doing real quick. Why do them all so quickly after each other? They lose most of the meaning for the broader crew that way. If there's so many, it gets hard to follow all of them. If you're not one of the drivers who has the hopes of making it through the qualifications, you stop to care. Because why should you? There's gonna be another challenge to follow soon enough. These events shouldn't be about a select group of drivers proving they're better than another select group. It should be about us getting together, deciding how we want to do it, training for the event properly, then electing the representing group through accessible qualification, and when the event finally comes up, cheering for our drivers, as it should be something we want them to win and care about them winning. So we demonstrate our strength not only externally, but also internally, to ourselves. And of course have fun while we do all that.
Now that's for my rant. And trust me, I don't say this because I can't participate in these because of RL stuff (even though that doesn't please me at all). I say it because I think that's that how things should be, so we can take strength from the events as a whole crew. So all I'm saying is no rush. Slow and steady gets the job done too, and hopefully better.
I'd like to hear what you guys think about this. I'll be able to check this thread until tomorrow, cuz then I leave the hospitable areas with accessible internet connection for another week or so. Also, please pardon this post being thrown together quickly and carelessly, I really am in kind of a vortex of responsibilities and only get a brief moments to check all the internet communication and stuff.
