1. For me, no. 1 would be putting quality over quantity when it comes to the world. I mean, just take a look at the map from, let's say San Andreas and compare it to some other open-world games, such as Saints Row: The Third. In our beloved GTA classic the map is diverse like no other - we have three completely different cities, dark forests, farms, villages, different types of roads, the desert, military base and so on. I'd like the map in GTA VI to be even more diverse and give us something we haven't seen before. My idea for this would be putting snow-covered mountains and some near-by villages. This would give us something brand new & fresh. Can you imagine how cool would it be to race snowmobiles? Or how about swamps? I'm almost certainly sure that Rockstar will bring Vice City back in GTA VI, and swamps would fit right in Miami-style city.
When it comes to the city, i feel kinda torn apart. For me, it can be everything as long as it has a diverse, living, sunny city and countryside filled with American culture. But three cities, like in San Andreas, would be even nicer tho
2. Storyline. OK, this may be a hard pill for some of you to swallow, but I fucking hated V's storyline. The missions were okay, they gave us some very interesting things to do, but they seemed like they designed the mission first and then they wrote the script. And besides that, my God, can we all agree that GTA V's storyline was trying to capture older GTA's charm a little bit too hard? Just take a look at the mission where Trevor finds out that Brad's dead and compare it to GTA SA "Saint Mark's Bistro". They're so similiar to each other. In both missions you have to go to a snow-covered map by taking a plane and simply flying above the ocean. Or take a look at the mission "Minor Turbulence" and compare it to SA's "N.O.E.". I fucking hated that mission in SA and I fucking hate that mission in V.
But it's not what I hated in GTA V's singleplayer. What I hated the most was the storyline itself. It has no moral choices after all, it's stupidly predictable (in fact, I predicted the ending back in 2012, when they announced that there will be 3 new protagonists), the characters are awful and all in all - it wasn't as emotionable as GTA IV's. Some of you may criticize Niko's story for being too dark & serious, and I have to agree that at some points it was lacking the fun aspect, but to me, it's still the best storyline in the whole franchise. I mean, you get really attached to the characters, you get a lot of moral choices, and the ending is exactly the way I'd like it to be - it leaves Niko with an important question... was it worth it? But like I said, even for me GTA IV lacked fun aspect from previous games. So let's have some fun. After all we need a break after we massacre another person's body for betraying us. Let's have some entertainment, because after all that's why we play video games, isn't it? I don't mean stealing neurotoxine to stop terrorists from destroying the whole state, but things like burning marijuana, stealing a combine and running people over with it were really some of my favourite things to do in San Andreas. For me, GTA VI's storyline has to be a mixture of characters you really attach to, moral choices hard to make, an ending that leaves us with an important question, entertaining missions, funny dialogues between the characters and so on.
TO BE CONTINUED MAYBE

A Penalty System Advanced matchmaking (for racing) dividing the players into different player pool defined by numbers of penalty marks. The more marks you got (will reset/countdown after some time) the more likely it is that you'll be matched with other "dirty" players. Similar systems already exists in competitive games such as CS:GO, DOTA2, LOL. The penalty system will work like ranked/unranked matches known from other games. As the host you can choose to make the race ranked or not. If ranked the drivers will get a time penalty (e.g. 2 seconds * track length/0.5 miles) for any illegal contact and if a driver get multiple penalties within 2-5 minutes (needs to be balanced) that player will get a mark. In this way dirty players will both get penalized in terms of the race and in terms of future matchmaking. With this system the casual player that like to cause havoc can continue doing that in unranked (penalty free) races and everyone else can enjoy clean racing in the ranked races. I don't know if "ranked" is the proper name as there technically is no league to be ranked in but you get the idea.

It will never happen. Rockstar have said that the future of all games will be in the us. And of course GTA 6 is in development. Rockstar would have to be brain dead to no work on a sequel after the commercial succsess of GTA 5.

I honestly would love to see a varied map like Los Santos again Liberty City/New York is boring cuz its just cities and rarely dirt and such stuff. A lot of very popular race tracks in this community are not in the city at all, imagine if city is the only place you had to race in? I honestly think the same game like GTA V but bigger and a lot of fixes and improvements would be the best.
