So I like making tracks, but I also like to cater to every type of car (the two types being good at corners, eh on straights, and cars that have high top speed but lack in grip around bends) so that both cars can still be somewhat equal on the track. There's probably no defined ratio or midway, but how do you guys find that balance?

I don't. I try to focus on the flow on the track. And how the corners feel. Then I evaluate what type of car it's good for afterwards.
