This is the tool I needed for so long when I was a commish. This would have literally saved days of work.
Edit: I dont know how difficult this would be but can the program search by GT, PSN or steam name? If it does that then it does everything you could ever want as a commish.

You can already do that if the user has their PSN/GT/Steam isn't private. Just search as if it was their RSC name, and it will show accounts with Steam/GT/PSN/Windows etc with that as well

Just change the Filter Option? I didnt actually download it because I dont really play the game anymore but what I was asking was basically what Sean was alluding to. Some people are harder to ban than others because you simply dont know their SC and there is no in game ban system where you can find a person by GT, you always have to ban through the SC and thus if you cant figure out what their linked account is you cant ban and even then people make new SC's all the time with names completely unrelated to their GT.

I've released two updates since last post, just fixing some bugs with the new features and making them load smarter (dynamically), so make sure you update. Some people seemed to have issues with the Update buttons, so I recommend just trying to uninstall then reinstall if an update seems to not work. Hm, well searching for the different GT/PSN names would be possible. But you have to load each one manually, 15 seconds apart and then store it. So if we had 900+ people in the crew, that's 3.75 hours to search them all.

Update: 1. You can now message all friends from your friends list. You need to scroll down and load all friends first, but it's smart enough to remind you to do that: 2. You can now select all crew members of a certain rank who have a different active crew. It's a mouthful, but this is how representative purges will be performed once there is almost no room for muscles left in the crews. changes on github, update info is in the main post.

Hello, update to merge in some new features and fix some stuff from the newest update: - Fix mass selection buttons not working after latest Social Tools update on Oct 4th - When you send a mass message, 100 messages are sent at a time. It will then give you a continue point which is entered into the "Enter Name" box upon page refresh - Added code for selecting (and messaging, kicking, etc.) players who are NOT on a list. You will need to make changes to your local code to do this, find the //-----ADVANCED comment blocks. On github. update instructions are on the main post

Great, just wanted to say thanks from GCCC for this. Saves a lot of bother with crew management (literally hours). Now if you could only fix the rights permission issue that R* seemingly forgot to implement (leaders should be able to "Manage role permissions") social club would be pretty darn perfect... one day maybe they'll drip feed this Anyway thanks for your work, I'm giving the latest feature a extensive 1000 member test now. @zkele the way we get round that pesky problem (in theory so far I must confess) is to take a snapmatic of the player you wish to ban - their social club tag will then display in the snapmatic >> ban. Genius solution to a problem that shouldn't really exist.
