First of all, thanks for all the suggestions^^ I tried around a bit and these are the options I came up with (Since props are sadly not unlimited I can only use one prop for each corner): 1."Classic", good for making the apex visible, maybe the most dangerous option 2."Classical with late Barrier", gives the corner a nice, wide feel to it but takes a little getting used to This I like a lot in races. Clearly visible from a long distance. Specially at the sandy areas on the map other props blend into the environment to much and if you don't play on a high resolution those props can be just to unnoticable.

The track's done, here's a link for anyone who's interested: linkMaybe I'll upload a vid of a test lap later... And @hiberg , if you want me to make the bridge "prettier", tell R* to give me more props XD (which reminds me, I still have to fix Desert Arch...all the work...) On another note, does anyone else have problems with the profanity filter? EDIT: Here's the video Also, huge thanks to G.L.E.N for helping me with the props^^

On another note, does anyone else have problems with the profanity filter? Yes. It seems that they have lowered the character cap? If i write more than 2 sentences in the description then I keep getting that 'forbidden' message. No weird words used so it must be the length.

The glitch is that R* accidentally have lowered the character limit from 500 to 100. They've said that it will be fixed in the next title update.

Love you Edit1: kili31 I´m loading your track right now Edit2: This track has a nice potential. The layout is good (maybe too easy for such a long track?). Some Chekpoints could be better placed. One of them (for example) is to much in the inside and I could cut around the prop. The bridge chicane could be more clear. I was confused the first time. You say that your are lacking some props. I saw some useless props and I haven´t noticed any Fruit stands or else. Can´t say much more right now (time´s running) but if you want to try those round Green props, I could show you how to use them properly. Same for the bridge. I have a nice idea for the exit but still nice track!

Thanks, that would be really nice^^ Main problem I have with the green porps is that they're pretty much invisible in the bushes in Sandy Shores

Ramps are the best props for apex barriers. Solves all your issues.

Thanks, that would be really nice^^ Main problem I have with the green porps is that they're pretty much invisible in the bushes in Sandy Shores I´ve allready done this with another short time NODO: - Make a Copy of your published track.
- Get Teamspeak, so we can speak
- Get Teamviewer, so you can see my screen (and control my PC)
- Change your GTA password to a default one
- Join Teamspeak and Teamviewer,
- Be able to talk with me, see my screen, control my screen, etc..
- Give me your new password (you can always reset your password as YOU have access to YOUR Email adress)
- I join your game, your online account, your track editor then finnaly I access to your track. (You´r still watching)
- I show you some stuff, change/edit... (You´r still watching)
- We save the track (You´r still watching)
- I quit the game, back to desktop (You´r still watching)
- You change your password again.
- Log into you account, me into mine.
- Test the new track.
- Give me a cookie
I know it may be a bit scary but i´m asking here in the forum, not in PM. And I know that they´re people here that could give me a really bad time if I do something wrong.
Or i´ll do it on my editor while streaming, but you won´t have anything left other than memories

All that effort when you could just record yourself doing it and make a video...

Don't use tires barriers, stacks or lines on the apex, because they're sticky. If people hit them they will stick to the prop while standing on the racing line. You can use alot of props as long as they aren't sticky or are to high so they block the view into the corner. It's a matter of not hitting the tire stacks.. thats why they are there. I myself don't like other kind of props on circuit-like tracks. OP wants people not cheating corners, sticky tire stacks is a good penalty for hitting them Look at what happens on tracks like Galileo Ring, though. That one has a ton of sticky props and everyone hates them because it massively punishes people who run slightly wide or turn in a bit early. Then they are stuck on the track and others hit them, and with Galileo Ring, it got to the point where everyone made new versions of the track, just without the sticky props.

I like the look of the sunken red/white boots at an angle. They define the apex a bit better, esp. in that area of the map.
But the original problem (cutting the corners) is allready fixed by CP placement. Cut too much, don't get the CP. (Just like on RONR for example)
So many people, so many opinions, but I personally don't like over-propped tracks.

I can only say that tracks like 'Cutting coroners GP' are my favourite type of tracks, Olympic GP and Los Santos GP also has some tire stacks at apexes and it works fine at my end. Granted, I haven't raced those tracks with 20+ people yet What I find more annoying is checkpoints not on the ideal racing line at apexes so that you intentionaly have to take corners more wide than you would want to. Nothing is more annoying than missing a checkpoint... far more than hitting a tire stack
