DISCLAIMER: If you expect clean racing with no race incidents this is not the event for you. Crashes will happen, that's part of the gr8 bantah.
So you're wondering what is the TopKek Hu3Hu3Hue Event? Well it's 99 laps on a 0.62 mile circuit driving Dilettantes. Why is it TopKek? Because Prius on tiny track, with 99 laps = MAYHEM.
Rules are therefore different to normal NoDo Racing guidelines. Addressed below are a set of rules, rule number 1 is the most crucial.
Rules:
1. You do not have to wait for crashes BUT you must try to avoid crashes at all costs. Anyone who intentionally take outs someone will be breaking the rules and not get the idea of the event. Crashes will happen, its a tiny track for 99 laps with a lot of players, so it would be stupid to wait especially when there's no space to do so. However try to avoid crashes at all costs.
2. No Off Road, Muscle or Tuner tyres. Your Dilettante should be as swage and banterous as possible in appearance.
3. Have fun, that's the whole point of the event.

Number of Laps: 99
Time and Weather: Current/Current
Start Procedure: Go at the start of the countdown, like any normal race
The race will last roughly 60-75 minutes. This is just for fun. Practice is not advised as it will be who can get into the least crashes. As stated you don't have to wait for crashes, but do not intentionally crash into someone. There's fun racing, but that is considered dirty racing and against the spirit of the event.
Have some TopKek snacks to prepare for the event
