Since a few weeks after a GTA update I often have rubberbanding and fps stutters the first few minutes in races. I start at the first row in a race and then just lag out horribly and rubberband back to last place and then after 1 round/few minutes it gets stable again and I can finally race and catch up to the other players. Are there more people with this issue or at least reduced performance online recently?
When I do the race on my own it's just fine, but with a dozen players I get freezes and all that crap in the first minutes. This was never an issue till last weeks. I also have fast broadband internet and my firewall/AV is running in silent mode so that shouldn't be an issue.

Check your GFX settings for your card, i had similar issues and found that my Nvidia 3D settings for GTA 5 werent quite correct. Preferred Refresh Rate was set to max, and it didnt correlate to the game settings and was causing rubberbanding/fps drops. I changed that to Application Controlled and it fixed the problem. Not sure if that will help but maybe the update has changed some settings??

I should be getting a new gaming rig tomorow, hope that will fix the issue... it's Win10 OS though and I hear that some people have other isuues playing GTA with Win10. At least I will have a proper GPU/CPU now !
