I got to play a bit of the Open Beta of Overwatch and decided to buy it for myself. I really like playing Tracer, who is similar to the TF2 Scout that I liked so much. But I really felt like the game didn't cater to Tracer at all, as a competent FPS player I found myself dying to everything in a blink of an eye, despite using Tracer's "teleporting" abilities. Apparently the netcode doesn't respond fast enough, which causes you to die sometimes despite using an ability that should in theory make you invincible, insta-kill or otherwise do something that prevents you from dying. I found a video about Overwatch's Netcode here. www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHO6Ky-w0UQI hope they fix these issues, and perhaps buff Tracer a bit in either speed or damage. She's too vulnerable right now compared to other offensive characters like Reaper who does heavy damage, can teleport, become invincible + gain movement speed, and lastly his "kill everything in sight" Q ability. Tracer moves as fast as Roadhog and Reinhardt, but is 1/3 of the size. What do you guys think?

I saw one who was really good at tracer when I played and she was a goddamn bitch Agile and dodging charachters are my thing in games. I think you haven't just fully figured her out yet Orchan. There's a thing with every charachter that after you watch someone or keep trying, you suddenly get that charachter tl:dr I rarerly see good tracers, but I'm one of those good tracers it seems. Good tracers annoying op bitches

First of I personally really enjoyed the overwatch open beta, thats why i decided to pre-order it now. As Orchan mentioned i also experienced some netcode issues, that hopefully will get fixed at some point. Apart from that my personal experience was great, i loved playing the support characters like lucio or symmetra. Probably because i have really bad aim. Overall i think all characters felt really good, unique and useful in different kind of scenarios. Balancewise i think its pretty good so far, at first i was concerned about the possibility of picking the same charakter multiple times in one team, but after playing, i have to say it isnt that big of an issue (except for multiple tracers). But it might just me being at potato skill level, with potato team mates. Orchan i personally had major issues against tracer, i am not a good tracer player at all, so i can just talk about the other perspective, but tracer felt extremely annoying to play against, especially multiple tracer lineups (2 Tracers). In some games they where even harrasing my team to the point that we couldnt actually leave our spawnpoint. So i dont think tracer needs a buff at all. But it was probably just me being stupid anyways. As Daleks (@darkalex45) said, i think if the tracer is really good she is really hard to deal with and annoying as hell. I hope i can play overwatch with some of you guys after launch, i think that would be a lot of fun.

Good tracers annoying op bitches I don't know at what level you were at, but once you got above level 15ish, all opponents would have no trouble killing Tracers. The same goes for myself as well, I find them easy to kill and hard to be effective with. I had several cases where I would sneak up to a Widowmaker and empty my entire clip into her, only for her to survive somehow and the just kill me with one shot. The same can be said about Hanzo, but the arrows have a big hitbox to hit apparently.

I dunno I just teleport around a lot and use that warp thingy when in danger and repeat. I think I did feel like it became harder to kill stuff but I've still been dealing lots of damage and harassment. I think for such classes as tracer you need huge game senses and a feel of where to move. Speaking of tracer, tell me about your experience with Genji everyone, as he's also the more agile hero which is probably my most favourite offensive hero.

The fact that he can completely obliterate a Bastion in seconds with his reflection ability is alone enough for me, but the fact he can climb up walls and get such a high DPS from headshots (which I never hit FeelsBadMan) makes him an amazing solo harasser, just not as much of a dick as tracer. The reflect ability that basically stops damage for 2 seconds is great for pushing with your team, as it will allows you to stay alive just the little longer to get off that 100 damage from 3 shurikens, killing your opponent or allowing you to finish them. His abilities are very unique and versatile, being able to be used well on both offensive and defensive teams. Very powerful in the right hands.

My favourite part is the double jumping and wallriding part, can go anywhere. Ninja stars with focus all 3 stars on one target or throw them all at once, which can help if your aim suddenly is being horrible and you want a guranteed hit (doesen't need to be multiple people, just one). His charge ability is great for going through defenses and confusing others because you suddenly gone through them and dealt damage. Reflection ability has the most beatifuel animations and the reflects actually deal a lot of damage. His special ability is awesomness, although I always seem to mess it up, but when I suceed its great So yeah favourite offensive class

But i couldnt get a good ultimate out with that hero. The reflect ability is so fun against bastion . What is your opinion on the play of the game thing? So many times the play of the game was just a bastion sitting in a cornor and killing 3-4 people in the process or some troll PotG where a torbjorn (i dont know if thats the correct spelling, but whatever) was literally just hammering on his turret, while the turret was killing four people. If there is a play of the game it should never be something like this, in my opinion?

Bastion turret ones are usually fast and if the kills are fast and nice its okay. Engineer (I'll just call him that even though his name is great) play of the games for me have always had some action. Some were turret hammering but I saw the action and most of the time he did extra stuff. But if he is behind a wall just hammering on its turret its a bit funny. For me its great as it is. Always had great plays of the games. Also I can't forget the one where I had such a good killing spree with widowmaker with such an awesome headshot flick at the end.
