Since I have been a heavy smoker for two decades (yes, I'm that old), I wanted to get off this stupid, stupid addiction because health and kids. Tried about a dozen times. Once managed to not smoke for half a year. Always got back into the trap. Stupid me. Should have never ever started. The thing is, although one knows that smoking is stupid, it stinks, it makes you skin ugly and your whole body sick, and it's the WORST legal drug you can get addicted to, I never had the strength to quit totally. I started making fog by vaping last summer and life is a lot better now. For me it was also important to have the "feeling" of a cigarette, so I use this here: Lasts for half a day, so I have three of these things. The "filter" part contains the liquid and all other stuff, the longer part contains the rechargeable battery. I'm using this not because I think it's cool (because it is NOT), but to have my addiction under control. So I'm halfway content with my current situation. I heard the information, that exactly this e-cigarettes are more harmful comparing to what I have or what Wolfie posted above. Process of vaping in your cigarette another, because it's have this cartridges (pretty old system and noone knows what exactly producers doing with them). Just letting you know that you can get a "feeling" of cigarette from a lot of devices on the market.

Yep, probably you can find it here, but I will copy paste what I saw as well: "In May 2009, the US Department by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) published the research data 19 varieties of cartridges for electronic cigarettes of two producers (NJoy and Smoking Everywhere). In the study, all cartridges one producer and two cartridges of another known carcinogen has been detected - tobacco-specific nitrosamines, and in one of the cartridges was found diethylene glycol. The study found, in many cases the discrepancy nicotine originally requested, and the availability of nicotine in the cartridges, which were declared as containing no nicotine." P.S. Sorry for so late answers on the forums, I should have been said about this earlier, just was away from the forums due to the life problems.

Time to resurrect another thread, gather round kids it's story time.
So today I've began the switch from smoking to vaping. I started after I got suspended from my old job (they tried to sack me, I resigned. Best thing I ever did). It was through a work colleague who'd decided to pay me a visit after work, having seen me escorted out of the building via security. I'd spent the majority of that day stressing myself. We went for a walk and he brought a pack of cigarettes (he was a smoker himself, albeit trying to quit). I ended up keeping the pack, from them I ended up taking it up as a habit. At first to kill my nerves when going for interviews, one led to two and before I realised I was hooked and had a 15-20 a day habit.
So what made me decide to try and quit? Well I started essentially as a means of coping with stress, a crutch because I'd been stuck in a job for so long I'd forgotten what the rest of the world was really like. I'd seen two of my family members die of smoking related illness. So with all that and a recent bout of ill health, I decided enough was enough and it was time to quit.
I've brought a basic starter kit in the way of a CoolFire mini and after visiting the vape shop round the corner from where I live I've got a decent tasting e-liquid tobacco flavour with a slight caramel aftertaste (Ex-Marlboro Gold smoker). Completely clueless about what I'm doing right now. From discussions with other vapers at work, I've realised you need to be a qualified electrician to understand it, but I'll get there.
So yeah day one, ground zero. So far so good. I've not assaulted anyone yet!!

My opinion on vaping. It's a good tool for people addicted to cigarettes to quit their addiction to cigarettes. I have no problem with them. However, you get those edgy highschoolers that vape because they want to be edgy, but don't want to get in trouble with their parents for smoking weed. Those people are fucking losers. Smoke weed like the rest of us, stop vaping if you don't have an addiction, you look like a douche

I think vaping is a good tool then. Anytime vaping is used to quit a nicotine addiction, I'm fully behind that. I just think that people without an addiction that vape are trying to be edgy and are therefore a loser IMO.

i'd suggest a "Smokeless Pipe" for on the go. its just a pipe to burn the weed and smoke it pure. no vapor needed.
vaporizing is a bit like a bad blowjob, somethings missing. i prefer bong hits and spliffs. also: sex and vapor? zZzz
TL;DR : get a pipe!
