Hello recently I brought a new GPU the GTX750ti. After putting it in my pc (that previously had no graphics card) I started to play GTA 5 launching it was fine but as soon as I got into the game things never ran smooth. I played around with the settings even turning everything on low settings But It never worked the game was not loading textures correctly it seemed slow and I needed to get close to an object for it to fully spawn in. After that I sent the card back and brought a EVGA GTX960 2GB but the same issue is still occurring I will some times get stutter and stuff like that but its mainly the textures not loading in correctly. If I open a program like OBS and try record or stream it will just not let me play the game no textures will spawn in. I will be able to see under the map and the stutter makes it unplayable. PC specs will be listed below I have order new ram thinking that's what the problem could be. The CPU usage when playing the game is 97 and maxing out to 100 and 99 sometimes Specs below. The PC was brought pre built but I have upgraded the GPU Please help I have no clue what it could be thanks
CPU - intel Core i5 4460 3.20ghz Motherboard - Gigabyte H81M-S2H Ram - Team Group inc 8GB DDR3 1600 Storage - 1TB hard drive GPU - EVGA GTX960 Case - Vanquish Gaming case PSU - CX600 bronze+ Operating System - Windows 10

nudeltime I just checked then there fine. Do you think it could be the HDD as its not that good, I was thinking about getting a SSD as well as the HDD would that fix it?

It sounds like a combo of both the ram and HDD. I have an I-5 / GTX970 / but 16gb ram and 2 - 460gb SSDs running in a raid and I get a solid 60fps even during 20+ player events. Very rare to see any stutter or dropped frames and objects can be seen from miles away.

Yeah I just got some new ram Ballistix Sport XT 8GB. Do you think a Crucial BX200 240 GB 2.5 inch Solid State Drive would be good enough?
