Unfortunately, I don't have any video of the incident I had in mind. However, this was the first time I've seen the person do that sort of thing so I'm not overeager with reports yet. If I see it repeatedly I will try to capture it and send it to you. I just didn't feel like being quiet about it because I still like to believe that if told multiple times people can learn.

1st Week Post-Race Reports 

It Was Controversial But I Think It's OK

1. RE: QF start time
There was issue of me communicating clear start time to you. Don't know what I was thinking, as I somehow thought typing it would be enough. Amateur mistake made and apologies.

2. RE: Connection issues
I chose to not restart race #1 after thinking about it for a while. Here were factors considered: 1) in general if a set of specific people can't get into the session, it's unlikely to be magically fixed 2) we had already restarted race lobby, and my thought was that this already counted for the "we may attempt restart" clause and 3) we had plenty of reserves in the session. Also it has to be considered at the time we couldn't be 5 minute more behind the schedule.

3. RE: Car respawn
pindadoper respawned with a faster car in race #3. I had to think about the decision here and after reviewing my footage I don't think the position would have been kept; after all, when you borrow a car it's under the implication that if you lose the car, it's counted as an engine failure. So yes, I will unfortunately have to make that a DQ. I don't see this as punishment but just a corrective measure, so don't feel bad about it, it's just putting things in the right place.
But with my event and any other event the best idea is that you choose a stock car of whatever car you would like to drive, and should you respawn, you are going to continue in that car. Now you can see why DQ is not a harsh decision at all, as losing 3 positions from 9th place results in 0 point anyway.


I wanted to do some stats but they are not done. It will be done later, but these are the standings for now.

don't blindly choose cars that I select! I'm clearly randomly choosing cars, you would think I know which car is fastest where!
