I played this earlier today in GAME for about 10-15 minutes, it was hard to get a feel for it but it seemed like it was pretty much what were expecting though! I did at first think the sticks were a little sensitive though, so I tried to change the settings to find there was none? Not sure if it was a final build game or not. There's more settings on this game than I've ever seen You can see steering sensitivity as an option here. This freakin game is a f*kn simulator it's awesome

Soooo I just went to Gamestop to pre-order Project Cars. I noticed something a bit odd, for a game that's being released in a week there was not a single advertisement, poster, "coming soon" empty box or anything. So I ask the sales guy What's up with that?! He made a face and said he's seen this before with other games that turned out to be duds. There was another customer in the store that over heard us and he claimed he used to work for Namco and still knew people that worked there that gave him a heads up about the game, giving me a thumbs down sign as he said this. The word unplayable was mentioned. I pre-ordered anyway. Everything I've seen about the game tells me these people may be wrong.

A crowd funded game won't exactly have much of a marketing budget, even if it got a publisher like Bandai Namco behind it.

Ask the Gamestop guy if he's ever heard of Richard Burns Rally, rFactor, iRacing, or MX Sim. People don't want simulations. They want games.

Why bother wasting wall space for a poster for a game that is going to attract about 2% of what games like Black Ops 3, Final Fantasy, Halo and Star Wars Battlefront will get. Simply not worth putting up posters for.

As long as it is decent I'm all for this game. I got Driveclub "free" with my PS4, and by golly it's a huge crock of shit...anything at all will be an improvement on that!
