Driver Instructions for Race 6

Pitting

We're back to oval pitting rules for race 6. That means there are three pits to take, they must be taken with a 10-lap gap between each, and participants must use the slow lane if they pit before halfway. The pit lane splits in two part way through. To do a slow pit, use the left lane, which has an extra slow down strip.



-You do not have to respawn while in the pits.
-When pitting under safety car before halfway, it is okay to use the fast lane to take your pit.
-Under the rare circumstance a participant enters pit lane before halfway, and the safety car is called out or the halfway point is reached while they are in the pit lane, they may use the fast lane to complete their pit.
-The halfway point is reached when the leader starts lap 28/56.

Blue Flags

Blue flags start when the leader reaches lap 48/56. Though lapped participants do not have to yield to the leaders before this point, it is advised that participants do so anyways if they (are about to) fall 2 or more laps down to the leader.
