With Qualifying when it says Run-ups are not allowed that would mean 1 lap from a standing start.

With Qualifying when it says Run-ups are not allowed that would mean 1 lap from a standing start. No it means you can't create your own run-ups to get a higher top speed at the start of a lap. |

With Qualifying when it says Run-ups are not allowed that would mean 1 lap from a standing start. Starting with a Turbo start is still slower so it would be pointless to try and get a better lap that way.  |

I made a change regarding the start time of the event since I didn't take European Summer Time into account. The new start time is 6:30 PM UTC (6 PM pre-lobby), which corresponds with the following timezones:
11:30 A.M. PACIFIC DAYLIGHT TIME (USA West Coast)
2:30 P.M. EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME (USA East Coast)
7:30 P.M. WESTERN EUROPEAN SUMMER TIME (UK, Portugal)
8:30 P.M. CENTRAL EUROPEAN SUMMER TIME (Germany, France, Netherlands etc)
9:30 P.M. EASTERN EUROPEAN SUMMER TIME (Finland, Baltic States, Greece etc)
if this means you are unable to attend this event, please let me know
