Prismide this is what rockstar told me to do to fix my issues with GTA and it worked Hello thedelgadic1, We are sorry to hear that the issue still persists. We kindly request you to just copy d3d9.dll file from C:\Windows\SYSTEM32 to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V to fix this issue. You can easily remove it again (or rename it) if it doesn’t solve the problem or causes other issues. If you are still facing the issue, please do not hesitate to contact us again. I use nvidia control panel to limit fps, currently reinstalling on a new drive to see if its the SSD having issues Is your nvidia driver up to date. Yep :/ |

It was the Win10 Creators update that broke RivaTuner, download the newest RivaTuner 7.0.0 beta here and try again www.guru3d.com/files-details/rtss-rivatuner-statistics-server-download.html cuz that fixed all my problems. |

Turn off RivaTuner and start it after GTA is launched. Or any other injected frame-limiter or overlay! I use nvidia control panel to limit fps, currently reinstalling on a new drive to see if its the SSD having issues |

Okay so every one know that new truck aka 'mobile operations center' well with the right options you can put a vehicle in the back. For the meetups we should arrive in these with our cars in the back with matching liveries. Obviously not all of us can afford it but if you can't afford it youll just be one of those teams that can barely afford an icecream at the track  |

POV of me starting with high hopes, pushing myself hard, getting really close laptimes to my qualifying lap constantly, but it wasn't enough so I was slowly giving up, and just cruised home on 8th:
I wouldn't lie if I say, I was disappointment after the race.
