I am looking to get a new monitor at a reasonable price. Does anyone have some suggestions? Maybe tell me your experience with your own monitor if it's any good I currently have an old Samsung P2450H monitor with some dead pixels in the upper right corner, which is kind of annoying..

If you want responsiveness, then most TN panel monitors should do you justice -- TN panels are fast and provides minimal display lag.
Mine's a GL2460 -- a 1080p monitor, and it's pretty good, but the ports are lacking.

Get yourself one of those cheap used small tv's. My second monitor is a 10 year old beauty from my great grandmother.

I'm using a BENQ GL2450HM 24" and it's working perfectly. It's 4-5 years old now and the only regret that I have is that I can't adjust the height of the screen. But most new BENQ models have this feature.
I paid around 2000 DKK back then, which is a fair price I'd say.
