These are each very short lap races, 1.77, 1.14, and 1.11mi respectively. So should be set to an appropriate number of laps, 5 or more, roughly one minute per lap on the last two.
The idea is that racers will learn the laps quickly. Also you get some good views of your opponents throughout the races, so you never get lonely no matter how far ahead you are. I tried to place checkpoints to be both obvious, and avoid having them be missed by accident. My most hated thing is to miss a checkpoint because I cut the perfect corner!
Black Jack is my favourite, with some good passing areas, and other stretches where you have to bide your time before passing.
