Politely, no. Given your history of ragequits and your apparent connection issues at present I'm going to have to say no. Last week was hectic enough without the issues and faff caused by ragequits and d/c's. On another note, design isn't in NoDo nor does he appear to have an forums account. The consequences of anything he might be involved in fall on me as event host for letting a non-member in, and I am not willing to take responsibility for that. I recently done Jetta's event with no connection issues and that event had plenty of people in. The recent connection issues I had recently was because I updated my internet package and it must of took a while to settle in. Dezign is a trusted member and he has done many events in the past. Well actually, I've had a few reports of people saying you hit them and didn't wait, whether it be from lag or not. I'm yet to see any clips, but I've only just now been searching around for one. Either way though, this isn't my event, I have no say in what happens. Just my 2 cents.

I'm afraid my answer remains the same. I heard the same from other participants. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume it was lag. Either way, my opinion remains unchanged. This also does not change your track record in events, particularly my own. I'm afraid I do not recall any nodo events he's participated in. Either way the fact remains that without so much as a forums account he would've been ineligible, and remains so now. He's not a member of nodo (whether you trust him or not), no do he meet the requirements to participate.

I never purposely take people out without waiting. It's usually the opposite; I get taken out and people don't wait. Especially in the NoDo playlists. A few people I talk to no longer want to join the playlists because it's such aids. But your opionion is your opinion and I can't do anything to change that.

Especially in the NoDo playlists. Just out of curiosity, if you feel as if nodo is giving you problems in races and such, how come you were actively trying to join an event hosted and played by the same people?

I don't think I said you take people out without waiting. Infact I said quite the opposite: People's opinions on playlists is another matter and is a discussion that is wholly irrelevant to my event. They can choose to not join playlists if they want, and my concern is for people who are in my crew and are active members. The opinions of people outside NoDo are not ones I generally concern myself with.

In events people take it a little bit more seriously and don't try to win the race on the first corner; people take their time in event races. Therefore there are much less aids.

I got into second from tenth on the first uphill section because everyone was taking each other out. I then caught up to SpearHead2012 and had a short battle before I got past and pulled away. The only person I could think of that I hit was a back marker that would not follow the blue flag rule. I was on my horn for almost an entire lap, in the end I had to force my way past but they did not spin out. They just got nudged a little so I could get threw. Also; DaSpekyLegend69 was about to be lapped and he hit a tree right in front of me and I had no time to react. I didn't wait for that because it was his fault; he crashed initially.

This isn't the place to discuss incidents in other events involving other members. Take it up with them directly or with a commissioner.
I'll have no further discussion about it or my decision in this thread, thank you.

FYI, it's up to Banter to decide who does and doesn't get in, since it's his event. He is well within his right to deny another member who's connection is known to cause issues from joining. SemiPro If you want an example of how bad your lag is for other people, I suggest checking back Broughy's latest Xbox content creator stream, Cheaper 75 Circuit. It is impossible to have a clean battle with someone who lags that much!

I understand that Lt Banter is the decider and I accept that he doesn't want me in.
