On the tracks y'all have been awesome. But in freemode.... Just got killed by a nodo during a ceo smuggling mission. I can't show any proof of this but it did happen.
So... I'll be joining my friends crew. Thanks for having me.

Not everyone in the NoDo crew is active on the forums, so not all the people in the NoDo crew have read the stuff they should read.-locksmith-

Happens now and then. But if in your head just a bad apple spoils the whole barrel...

First of all, don't name and shame. Second, if you have an issue with another crew member, contact a commissioner. Ragequiting the crew just because you had one bad experience with another crew members is a bit of an overreaction imo.

Same thing just happened to me on Xbox.
However, as the guys say it isn't the norm. In fact it's the first time in over a year that anything remotely bad like that has happened. The person in question was a rank 60 so I figured he didn't know. I messaged him politely to let him know and left it there.
Don't sweat the small stuff and stick with it. It's an overwhelmingly positive and friendly crew. If you're on Xbox add me.

Although there are vague suggestions to not harrass crewmates, it's only a suggestion from what I've seen. In freeroam, it's kinda become a habit to kill crewmates. Hopefully your new crew and friends act like crew and friends.

vredstein the guidelines clearly state you should not kill crew members. Its literally the first rule you see when reading the guidelines. Its not a 'suggestion'. Ragequit seems like a good enough term to use imo, is there anything else that can be used for this situation?

"...y'all have been awesome....Thanks for having me." Calling it "ragequit" dismisses his concerns or reasons. Seems like he was more disappointed.

But quitting the crew after one player of the 7000 we have kills him in freeroam and basically blaming everyone for it could be considered as a ragequit even if doesn't show it

Could be because of lack of communication since there is no text chat

Could be because of lack of communication since there is no text chat I second this. Whenever I see hostile NoDo members (and I haven't seen them before), I politely remind them of the guidelines. At this point most people stop. But if they continue, I give them a warning. And if that doesn't help, I report them to a commissioner.

Classifying what he's doing as ragequitting is a bit of an overreaction. Really? I think it's quite an apt description for quitting after one bad experience with a single crew member. Like I said, the logical reaction would be to contact a commissioner, not to just immediately give up and quit. 9 out of 10 times stuff like this (killing crew members in a freeroam lobby) is done by "RanDos" (people who just joined and don't know the rules yet). Usually a simple warning by a commissioner will set them straight. If not, then the ban button is just a simple mouse click away .
