Hi guys,

links to a single post in a thread do not work anymore. Before, when I clicked on the "NEW Participated" button (top right) and clicked on one thread, the page scrolled down to the relevant post automatically. This feature is gone. It just shows the web page starting at the top.

This is especially annoying when linking to a post in a thread, like the links in the "Updates" section in my TEPCOTT 2 thread.
Example: This link should scroll down to an "official TEPCOTT" post my yours truly about "The Wheel has made its decision": nodo.freeforums.net/post/280809/thread

Is this an error in our own code or introduced by Proboards?

Some testing,
Linking to a specific post in Microsoft Edge: ✔️ Works
Linking to a specific post in Google Chrome: ❌ Doesn't work
Linking to a specific post in Android Google Chrome: ✔️ Works
So it looks like browser specific.

Manually linking to the ID (https://nodo.freeforums.net/thread/11090/pc-tepcott-season?page=33#post-280809) doesn't quite work as you get redirected to the broken version (https://nodo.freeforums.net/thread/11090/pc-tepcott-season?page=33&scrollTo=280809)

The script file loads errorless (https://storage.proboards.com/forum/js/proboards.combined_417.js)
Disabling cache doesn't fix it.

Just tried it in Firefox, and it just works there. Weird.

ProBoards (the people who make this board software) are aware of this. The only thing we can do is wait for them to fix it.

Not fixed – at least with Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) as of 2017-10-03.
