Could someone kindly let me know? I believe part of it is one of the stunt ramps, but there seems to be a second part too.

The way I do it is using just 2 different props. For the base (seating area part) I sink a stunt raised piece into the ground on a 45-degree upward angle. For the overhead part, I use the stunt halfpipe options, I think they are called. They are in the Stunt ramp section I believe. They can either go just facing straight up or on a slight downwards angle. Maybe try having a little play around with the props first, and see what works for you best.
I know that there are other ways to make grand stands as well, but I'll leave the better creators out there to give their advice. :)

(I know, I’m 2 months late)
I’ve seen people use the ‘small hump’ I think it’s called for the top and a 15° or 30° or 45° stunt raised track piece
