Something I've thought about lately. While we'd all love the ideal car, if given a choice would you prefer a oversteer or understeer car? For example would you prefer a Brioso that can zip around turns but loose grip and spin out super super easily, or a car like the Blade that feels heavy and planted firmly on the ground, but turns like a boat.
I'd prefer to take wide turns in a oversteer car personally. The Brioso that I brought up as example is actually my most despised car in this entire game, I don't care if it's 4 seconds per lap faster around broughy track then #2, give me the Rhaspody. I flat out absolutely refuse to drive the Brioso, period. I can take a turn in the bloody thing without spinning out and crashing lol Honestly I'm not even sure now if it oversteers or just has ice wheels for back tires.
Anyway, regardless I do tend to lean a lot towards the oversteer cars, X80 isn't the best in the corners but still one of my favorite supers.
What about you guys?

Prodictable oversteer is my preference, I hate cars that understeer then snap like the Elegy RH8 but love cars that constantly want to slide like the 9F and Dominator. Then stable cars that tend to understeer are good but get boring quickly.

I prefer cars close to balanced with a hint of understeer. By balanced I mean a car that's stable but can be made to understeer (when accelerating) and oversteer (liftoff oversteer at corner entry & braking oversteer) at will.
The Neros and Felon are quite good examples of these traits. On the understeery side you got the Nero Custom and Massacro, being just nimble enough to be thrown around if needed and you know what you're doing.

I loved the Massacro, a shame sport races is dominated by the Pariah now. Nero's are OK, never really got into them that much. X80 was always my main go to car until the past few weeks where I really started falling in love with the XA-21.

While I do get along with both types - I definitely prefer cars which have a tendency to oversteer rather than understeer. 9F or Comet to name one or two of them.

I'll take oversteer over understeer any day. There's not a lot you can do about understeer. Break earlier. Go slower. I feel more in control with oversteer. Sliding the back end out is fun. Turning the wheel and going straight into a tree isn't.

It's more interesting to drive slidy cars. Oversteer is my choice.

Between the two, I choose oversteer, but a good car for me needs to have a bit of understeer too, so it would be nimble enough to get around a track fast.

prior to the Pariah your choices was mainly Elegy RH8, Elegy Retro, Massacro, and Jester. The RH8 should still been the clear winner back then but because not everybody could drive it well, you ended up getting a mix of the 4 cars I mentioned. If any pro RH8 drivers did pop into your session though then yea, they'd smoke people.
So the Pariah pretty replaced the RH8 that was dominate for 4 or 5 years with a new dominate car.

It depends on the situation! For leisure driving in free mode, I prefer an oversteer prone car, as they are more fun to drive... I quite like the Sentinel Classic (I drive it without a rear wing, but I don't know if that makes a difference?) because it is hard to keep in stable around a corner! For racing, I would probably go for a stable car, or slightly more understeer prone. Not to much understeer though, as it makes you feel like you are going to go straight on... I did an event a while back, and the choice was between the top 2 sports classics, the Turismo Classic or Cheetah Classic. I tried the Turismo, and found it fun, but on a bumpy city track, I just kept spinning out... Ended up going with the Cheetah, as it is much more stable! Still did terrible, as I have no consistency...
