The length of this race will certainly create a massive gap eventually.
Would a race like this constitute a finish line queue? To wait for those who straggle at the end to finish so that you don't get kicked from spectating?
I would think that the first few to finish would eventually get knocked outta the lobby if in the case of a dnf countdown doesn't trigger for more than 15 minutes.
I.e. 6 racers in game triggers DNF counter after 3rd finishes. But if 3rd takes more than 15 minutes to finish what happens to the 1st two people?
I'm worried about DNFing.

I'm worried about DNFing. ive contemplated a finish line queue several times, but i find it hard to find justification to make everyone wait for the last person to prevent a dnf as after 24 hours with different pace and break amounts the gaps can, if people are even still the same lobby, be absolutely huge. im not dead set on this though, but thats how i feel about it at the moment. and as for finished racers spectating, im pretty sure as long as you dont count as inactive in the game, you wont get kicked from spectating either. edit: one suggested solution was that whoever crosses the line first is allowed to do so, then the rest waits a certain amount of time to allow people to get caught up. 15/20 min was the suggested time

I probably won't be motivated to continue this after a few hours when there's no full lobby starting. Just saying, so I don't count me in when there's less then 25 ppl signed up in the end :/ so are you signing up or not? doing me a confuse here Do me 1 sign up plaese
Edit: Suggestion about finishing procedure due to the possibility that ppl in the mid pack who trigger the DNF timer could end up racing 25h+: As soon as 1st pos crosses the finish line the race is over - like irl. Everybody afterwards crossing the -also imaginary-* line head to a pre-discussed meet up spot where we line up our cars to end the 24h of Blaine County together (And may take some screenshots for positions). Then ppl can decide if the still want to finish the race on the "technical side", beat the shit out of each other or fall asleep infront of their PCs.
*as 1 race lap consists of 4 "track laps" the "imaginary line" would be the spot where the race laps finish line is

People can die from this.
Can we do this for a charity? I feel like it would be a wasted opportunity if we do not lmao.
I kind of want to join but june is going to be a busy month for me I think
(For real though, consider charity. Look at Desert Bus for Hope and some other examples.)

The only suggestion/wish i have would be to make it 6x5min pits (as toilet brakes). I think one (toilet ) brake every 8 hours really isn‘t enough. should fix your problem
