A lot people like the Vagner in Supers, but I prefer the AWD XA-21 to the RWD Vagner personally. Hell most time I use my Vagner is in transform tracks that require you use one. I almost never actually chooses to drive mine. lol Guess I'm not on the Vagner bandwagon. But if you want the best odds in races then a Vagner is the car you should get used to.
Sports you pretty much just gotta suck it up and adjust to the handling of the Pariah. It's the only sport car you need.
Muscles you can choose between Pisswasser Dominator, Yosamity, or Sabre Turbo Custom. Sabre probably has the tightest turning circle but I can't drive the thing worth crap, I find it slips and fishtails easily. Dominator is probably the heaviest car with the most stability of the 3.
Turismo Classic is all you need in classics.
Shafter V12 is all you need in sedans.
Compacts is interesting. The Brioso is the fastest car in the class by a mile, but it's handling is absolute garbage. I had one, sold it and never looked back. I still prefer the Rhaspody. That said if you can somehow manage to actually drive the Brioso, then you'll blow away Rhaspody's with ease.
A BF 400, Sanchez, or Trophy Truck are all solid off road picks. The Sanchez is a bit slower but I prefer it's handling as I don't really care for the 400. The TT has decent enough speed and are good in corners, however being a truck it may give you more trouble in obstacles that dirtbikes would skim though easily. The Kamachco also feels fast for a truck, but I've never actually raced it. So I dunno how it would hold up.
In vans the Gang Burrito and Rumple Custom are the top 2. Rumple can turn sharper but can also roll if your not careful. Burrito isn't as nimble but it's faster on the straights.
In bikes you pretty much got either the Shartaro for cornering or the Bati for speed, take your pick. Both are competent choices. With the Bati however you will need to learn how to race with a wheelie.

Good thing to note is that I already have almost all the cars you listed specifically for racing so I guess I’m better off in this category than I thought I was but idk if it’s just me, I find the turismo classic to be very slippery and just at times horrible when handling, is this common?

Do you have a spoiler on? I believe the car has one doesn't it?
You can also try off road tires and see if that helps.
Otherwise you've just got to remember it's a RWD drive, slack off the throttle a little if you feel you are about to slip and aim for a good smooth line around turns.

justinlynch3 pretty much nailed it. I also prefer AWD on most tracks so I usually choose my Nero Custom over my Vagner but the Vagner is really good on some tracks. The XA-21 & the Tempesta are also good AWD supers. Sports you do need the Pariah, even though I don't love it's handling, it's speed is near the supers. Shoutout to the Feltzer though, handles pretty nice and is dirt cheap ($145k). For muscles I like the Sabre Turbo Custom, but none of them handle well imo. In sports classics the Turismo Classic is the goat. They are all RWD and a little slippery if you miss-judge a corner. My friend swears by his Rapid GT Classic but I don't have one so I can't speak to it. Sedans are dominated by the Shafter V12 & it handles pretty nicely. For compacts I agree that the Brioso's handling is trash. My favorite is the Panto, just really used to it now I think. I go with the Sanchez for off-road, but sometimes it will get wrecked by the trucks. If you want a truck I'd say Kamachco. I cannot speak to vans but I'm sure justinlynch3 is right. In bikes I never liked how the Shotaro handled. I always go with my Bati or sometimes my Hakuchou if I'm confident. Wheelie's are a must though, so I guess if you prefer leaning forward, Shotaro is the way to go.

I THINK the only vehicle that had that glitch where the regular version was slower then the armored counterpart was that Benafactor SUV, I forget what it's called. But I'm pretty sure the regular Baller's should be faster then armored ones, and I'm certain the regular V12 is faster then the armored counterpart.

In racing I prefer to use the Nero Custom and other AWD vehicles like the XA21, T20, etc. Because they grip so well

Sports you pretty much just gotta suck it up and adjust to the handling of the Pariah. It's the only sport car you need. Mostly true but there are some tracks where the Jester, Elegy or Feltzer can be quicker or at least on pace. In the qualifier for Tepcott qualifier all the times were set with one of the Jesters (https://www.gtaracing.net/e/hl/32/)
Quite a few people recommend the Cheetah Classic for bumpy tracks over the Turismo however I don't own it. I've always found the Stirling GT to be easy to drive however its lack of top speed causes it to lag behind the newer cars in that class.
When the top 4 supers are banned I typically go for the Osiris, particularly in the city. Its also not that far off the top four.
