Overview & Rules:NOTICE:
The event time has been moved forward from 10PM UTC to 8PM UTC. Please check your availability and adjust your signup as necessary.
- All standard NoDo Racing Guidelines and Project Homecoming rules apply (wait for takeouts INCLUDING LAG HITS, if you have an issue with someone put it in the #reports channel in the PH Discord or contact me in private)
- Modification Restrictions: TUNER WHEELS ONLY. Drivers are required to use tuner tires supplied by Fukaru. Any wheel within this range is permitted. Anyone caught breaching these restrictions will be disqualified from the current round. (Note: Please have custom tires turned ON in your vehicle presets so the lettering appears.)
- FPS Limit: 60
- Blue Flag Rules: PRESENT AT ALL TIMES. Drivers will be released onto the track one-by-one similar to a rally race start. As such, if the driver behind catches you, you must move out of the racing line and let them pass while losing minimal time yourself.
- You must be in voice chat at all times to receive instructions from the event organizer(s). A mic is not required.
- Respawning to fix damage is permitted at the expense of your current lap's potential laptime.
- Tracks will be kept secret until the day of the event.
- Event runtime: Approximately 2.5 hours. Please take this into consideration when signing up. If you cannot attend the entire thing, don't sign up.
- Please have your vehicle presets saved BEFORE raceday. There will be minimal downtime between rounds to keep things moving.
Note: Due to the nature of this event, the FPS rule will be strictly enforced. Anyone found in violation of this rule will be disqualified from the current round, and be asked to change their settings so they may compete in the next round. Failure to comply within the end of the next round will result in ejection from the event so a reserve may take your place.
Race Info:
The following conditions apply to all races:
There are three classes:
Thanks to inssomniak, we have a new TIME ATTACK Mode to use in the event! Here's how it works: When a race is opened, drivers will enter GT1 for Pro, GT2 for Open, or GT3 for Club Sprint based on the class they're signed up for. Once the race starts, drivers will move to an off-track location and I will deploy drivers from GT3 onto the track in intervals of a few seconds each. Drivers will have 4 laps (1 sighting lap and 3 fliers) to set their fastest time. Once their laps are complete, drivers will return to the designated off-track zone and GT2 will be released. This process will repeat until all classes have successfully completed their laps.
At the end of each race, drivers will be scored based on their best lap time. The fastest driver in each class in each race will qualify for the Superlap Shootout.
The Superlap Shootout is a fifth race where the top four drivers in each class get ONE warm-up/sighting lap and ONE flying lap to determine their position on the podium.
- Laps: 4 (EXCEPT the Superlap Shootout)
- Time: Noon
- Weather: Clear
There are three classes:
- Pro: Time Attack vehicles, also known as the "Aero" class
- Open: Racing (GT) vehicles
- Club Sprint: Slower vehicles such as Sports A, Sports B, Super Tuners, etc.
