That time of the year has come once again!
Welcome to the
Fourth Annual Fridgit™ Multi-Class Snow Race
Coming together for this wonderful scenic drive on the snow-covered hill roads of the Grand Tour has been a long-standing tradition in our community to celebrate the new year. As such, I'm glad to announce that this year's race will be hosted by me, with the help of Emerald and OfMikeAndMen .
As I mentioned, the race will be held on the Grand Tour, a very special place to many of us, created originally by Mid1010 , but has been re-made by me for last year's snow race to better accommodate this event.
Everything about the event will be handled on the Discord server made just for this purpose!
You might wonder if making a Discord server for a one off event is worth it, but since this is meant to be a multi-crew event, this allows for anyone to join more easily. The server is also meant to serve as a nice place to hang out during the holidays, as well as possibly being reused in case this event still gets hosted next year.
This event is in a different spirit to most other events, where positions, points and lap times are a priority.
The main purpose is to enjoy this time of the year, and celebrate new year's eve together through this scenic drive in the snow. Of course you're welcome to have battles, but the point here is just having a nice time to finish off the year.
With that, I'd like to ask everyone to be patient towards others. Driving with many cars around in the snow isn't easy, and there will certainly be crashes, but we're here to have a good time together, and not to be mad at others.
Thanks for understanding!
Happy Holidays!
