2019 NoDo Creator Battle
Organized by Brady_Imawesome
Hello and welcome to the 2019 NoDo Creator Battle, a battle not on a race track, but a battle to build the best track you can make.
Each building period will last two weeks with a one week public vote to determine the winner. Creators are allowed to vote but I will get into that when it comes time to vote.
The first track build period is from March 6th - 22nd.
Voting is open from March 23rd until the 29th.
Round One will be in Paleto Bay
Specific Theme for this week is to build an event spec track.
There are three corners that you MUST utilize, the rest is up to your imagination. (See map image below.)
The track must remain within the confines of the yellow circle on the map below.
You must include a pitlane.
The maximum track length cannot exceed 2mins 30seconds. The base car is a Stock Stirling GT for this laptime.
You are allowed to use Dirt Roads and Tarmac.
You cannot restrict the use of any vehicles. (All cars must be usable/raceable.)
Corners 1 & 3 Can be taken in any direction.
Corner 1 will require a custom stunt section to connect it to the main roads in some way. (Up to you how.)
Corner 2 can be taken in any direction and use any of the two access roads to link that corner to the track.
While this is an event track, the use of dirt roads (not covered up.) Is permitted for a mixed surface event track.
Note: The winning tracks will be added into the pool of tracks used for BWER.
Voting will be used from a google form, if you have created a track, you must vote your track a 1, and vote the tracks you least like a 2,3,4 etc... and give the best tracks say 12,11,10...etc (pending on how many tracks we have depends on the maximum points you can give.) You should be voting based on which track you think is built the best/your favourite. Not based on who is your friend.
For ease of access I have summarized all the rules/information into this spreadsheet.
Now Good Luck and Have Fun Everyone, keep in mind, this is about building some fun tracks, and exploring peoples different creator styles. So don't take this too seriously. <3
Sharing Track Links:
If you finish your track early you are allowed to publish it before March 22nd, but after 11:59pm EST on March 22nd, I am no longer accepting tracks to be featured. You can share these links from social club either. All links will be logged into the spreadsheet.
a) In a DM with me here or on Slack/Discord. (I do not accept PSN messages.)
b) or you can post it in this thread.
