So let me get one thing clear. I've come from the COD youtube community from 6/7 years ago when youtube was just starting out. I've been watching shaggy (GUN1T123) since that moment and I've been loving his video ever since. I very much respect him as a person and his crew and the racing they do. In my opinion both SB and NODO (and many other crews) are key components to the GTA V racing community and without them the community would suffer great losses.
So now that it's clear I'm not here to hate on him I have just one question that's stuck on my mind.
I thought sweat buckets used to always do mainly non-contact hot lapping. Since when did they stop doing that? All I hear shaggy talk about in his videos nowadays is actual racing (and I'm grateful for that). I think I just missed the moment when they transitioned from hot lapping to racing and I'm wondering what made them change their minds.

They switched to contact after we did a crew vs crew event that made Shaggy see the light so to speak. Its been close to year I think since that event.

I watched that crew battle back then. I remember thinking at the time: "Man, these guys are so good, I'll never get in one of their crews!". Here I am!
