I'd like to suggest reserving the "Lieutenant" (or above) level in the crew hierarchy for people who meet these goals. I realize I might not currently qualify but it gives me something to strive for and it gives honor and meaning to the higher levels of the crew hierarchy. I don't think it will work, if you introduce yourself on the forum you are a Luitenant, normally. And in game there wouldn't be a difference. Maybe if the crew hits a 1000 members (what the maximum is apparently) hopefully there will be a second crew for people who are fan of Broughy and are looking for good races and want to join. Then the people who are really active etc. they can move/flow to that new crew so there will be more open places for new members in the 'old crew'. And that would be a big difference in game. But it would be 1 big crew but in 2 parts. I think the crew will hit that 1000 members mark, so there will probably be a 2th crew for the subs and fans. It's not my intention to split things up, this is my suggestion to a problem that will happen in a few days/weeks. Just an idea? Or a PS3 and an XBOX Crew

I don't see why it makes any difference how active you are or what kind of racer you are. It's not like you have to manually go through the list to invite crew members. When it hits 1000 you can just boot anyone who doesn't have the crew set to active. A separate crew with only clean, active racers would have 50 people max, cross-platform.

I think it's more of a group within NoDo which lists known active, clean and respectful crew members. Basically, being part of this group would mean you're one of NoDo's top players (but not necessarily top racers). Which means you represent the crew's values. ...If I got it right. ^^' Slight disagree with the idea being for the ELITE racing skill is going ot be one of the biggest factors... no use having an elite crew full of nice guys who are slow....

Sure, that wouldn't really be elite. You still have to be skilled to be part of the elite, but not necessarily the best of the best. Not everyone should be Broughy, Twilicane or Doodle for example. Unless I'm wrong.

they are all beatable .... The idea of an elite will not work, bc there aren't that many people who are that good. Thats why we should focus on a crew with good, active, clean racers etc of course with a standard for driving skills. The intention is to move the those players so there will be open spots for new players.

Then there will be not enough places cleared for new members, if you really want a elite there will be no more than 50? people in.

So how would one go about getting tested by one of the higher ups?

So how would one go about getting tested by one of the higher ups? There aren't any higher ups, and that's exactly why this idea is harmful to the crew.

I don't think there should be an elite aspect of the group. We all share a common interest in gta; specifically gta racing and that's enough. Our entire group is elite because it knows better than most of the gta community anyway.

I am not sure the list would work in game.Personaly I have that list in my mind as I remember the best racers and I notice some people free roam all the time and almost never race (nothing wrong with that).I haven't met a single racer in the crew that races dirty but there might be some. Those drivers must be kikced because they are against the philosophy of the crew.I think what you want (Zenzi123) is a more close crew where everyone knows everyone and you have to be tested in order to join.Dont be afraid to create it.
