Recently, there has been a huge snowstorm in North Georgia, USA, where I live. (No, I'm not a hillbilly) Due to trees falling down and knocking over wooden power lines that even Zentornos can't plow through, 45k customers across GA haven't had electricity, which means no GTA O . And it's not snow that little kids play in either, it's BLACK ICE. Which means we aren't going to Publix(Aldi for you guys in Europe) anytime soon for survival supplies. Have any of you Nodo members been hit with a snowstorm anytime soon, wherever you guys are? I will Nonchalantly plow through it

Oh yeah we got a massive snowstorm about a month ago here in the UK. The media tend to blow any kind of snowfall way out of proportion here. We've never had anything as bad as what you're experiencing in my lifetime. I hope things get better for you soon

Oww dude, best luck thru that to you. I live in Izmir, Turkey and we had a record for snow this year, it lasted 12 hours and was about 10 cm

We had a huge snowstorm here back in 2011, I haven't seen snow since : Also, over here I've only seen it rain 3 days so far this year, and the forecast says the next couple of weeks are gonna be very dry (with only a few light showers).

In Calgary Alberta, we get them every now and again. Our broadleaf trees usually lose their leaves in order to deal with the snow, but just this September we got our first snow way early, and I'll be damned if it wasn't the heaviest snow we've had this season so far. The snow: The aftermath: And don't even get me started on the floods.

We mostly get ice here in Kansas City or some form of "wintery mix" as the weather man likes to call it. We havent had a bad storm this year but the worst one I was apart of would probably be the 2002 Central Plains Ice Storm. Every inch of Kansas City (a very massive city) was covered in at least 1inch of ice if not much more. I remember my yard was literally a 2 inch sheet of ice and every tree in sight was splintered and broken no matter the size.

I live in Toronto. It hasn't gotten above -20 Celsius in about three weeks, and there's half a metre of snow on the ground.
Sympathy level = ZERO
