I think they brought in Paul Walkers brother to finish the movie so they might not kill the character off. Personally I think the first movie is far and away better than any of the others. Ill watch this but I was never expecting it to be amazing and never thought much of the acting in any of the films.

They reworked the script so Brian could "retire".
I guess they could try and James Bond/Batman the character, but it just wouldn't feel the same IMO.

Crap. I did not like him... I just want to see the interaction between him and Dom as they left us a cliffhanger at the last scene in the movie.

What about Jason Statham? Him going against Diesel, and The Rock?.....some badass scenes I tend to try and guess things at times.... so sorry if this ruins it for anyone.... But I'm 99% sure Statham has never played a villain. I would not be surprised at all if he turns into a good guy by the end of the film and that Kurt Russell is the true villain. If there really is 2 more movies in the works, who better to replace Walker than Statham?

"Cellular was filmed in Southern California, most notably in Santa Monica, Westwood, Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles and West Los Angeles.[5] Peter Sarsgaard turned down the role of Ethan (and would portray a similar role a year later in Flightplan), making this film Jason Statham's first film as a villain." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cellular_%28film%29Pretty sure thats the only one though so there is still like a 99% chance you are right ^_^

I hate those hard core F&F fans who only recognize the first instalment as a good movie. I mean seriously, it never was only about street racing, it's a friggin action movie and it rocks! I've seen all the movies since the 2nd one in the cinema and I'm definitely going to see Fast 7 too.

It's about family, & how Torettos crew do "jobs" to keep their family together......

I'm going to watch Furious 7. I love action movies and I have always been a massive fan of The Rock, ever since the WWE/WWF days.

It's not about street racing because of how the first movie motivated people to street race in real life, whereas the government had to step in and demand a change of plot to the F&F storyline.
