Pretty decent truck race tonight. Some pretty insane crashes. The caution timer managed to cause a caution in a different way tonight, but it was nice to not hear any talk about fuel. Can't really judge the new rules until we get to a more traditiona track, though. I don't like Chevy, but I hate Toyota more, and Johnny Sauter is a decent enough guy, so whatever.

Disappointed to see Jordan Anderson's night end early, he was so excited to even get into the race, but I suppose it was better that something on his truck fail and him go to the garage early than to get his truck all torn up in that wreck. He's reasonably active on the /r/NASCAR subreddit, too, and is always a pleasure to have around on there.

I was pretty happy to see Travis Kvapil racing and he got a top 5 for such a small team

Travis Kvapil may be a Cup series wrecking ball, but people forget he's got quite a successful truck career behind him.

Holy moly what a finish. I thought for sure that Truex had it until I saw the frame-by-frame replay.
0.011 seconds between 1st and 2nd.

Other than the finish, I'd say it was a pretty boring race. It sucks we can't get two racing lines to compete up front.

That's how I feel about plate races in general. I usually do something else and only look at the TV when the commentators start getting excited about something, and then as the race gets close to the end.

My lord, what a finish. Sorry, Kyle. You'll have to settle for second today!

Kyle's tire exploding on the last lap was absolutely glorious.

So glorious it happened twice! Disappointing to see this happen to Larson, glad he's alright.

Anyone see the Dash 4 Cash aces prior to the Xfinity race yesterday? Holy crap, what a complete waste of time.
Also, Gibbs has all 4 in the top 5 starting spots. No, they're totally on a level playing field.
The race today wasn't too bad, but that's because the Gibbs guys all had trouble. Except for Carl, who ruined everything. JGR is ruining NASCAR.

DiBenedetto got a career best finish: 6th! Very cool to see him in the top 10 as well as Clint Bowyer
