So, as the Radio Elimination Game is drawing to a close. We are getting ready for another non-vehicle game to open up.
This time around however, there rules of the game will be recieving a slight update. The basics are still the same, but more power is bestowed in the voters hands. You are no longer players voting in a game, this time around you are investors. Looking for the finest properties in the game to invest your hard earned money. And since this is the world of GTA, you might just also get the opportunity to send out a crew to be knocking on doors in your competitors properties, severly reducing the value for potential buyers. This fanatic war between realtors can only end one way, with only one property left standing as the one and only place left in Los Santos for a poor racer to be storing his cars.
Each investor (YOU) will be funded by the Los Santos Realtor Society (LSRC) to perform your investments. Every day you will recieve $15,000, out of which you can invest $10,000 precisely how you want across the listed properties. You can put $1 into one property and $9999 into another. Or you can spend the entire $10,000 on just one apartment. You will copy+paste from the last updated list, and add your investment to the chosen apartments.
Furthermore, the remaining $5,000 will be spent on a wrecking crew, who will perform your services on any chosen property. The wrecking crew will then perform damages of up to $20,000 on the chosen property, depending on whether or not the initial value exceeds $20,000. Because wrecking is such hard work, they will however be charging double if you require any further services.
The Los Santos Realtor Society (LSRC) also demand that you either spend all their money, or none. They will not be providing more funding until your initial $15,000 is spent.
Once a property is listed with a value of less then $1,000, the damages to the property will render it condemned, and it will be taken off the market.
(TL;DR - You can either distribute +$10,000 across the properties you want, and remove -$20,000 from ONE property daily. OR you can distribute +$0 across the properties you want, and remove -$20,000 from TWO properties daily)
